The purchase process went very well, the sales team was great. My wife and I are enjoying the house and community. There is an issue with our front step concrete landing. Trying to get a solution to this problem has been a difficult process. The customer service team is telling me that the soil settling under the concrete landing that caused a major 1/4” diagonal crack was caused by erosion and that the repair is the owners responsibility. This problem started after being in the house for about three weeks. The battle with this continues and I hope that this review goes up the leadership chain where someone will make the decision to schedule the repair. The overall sales process was positive but that’s where the positives ended. Workmanship is very poor and very rushed. Lots of residents are having major issues and we’ve had our share as well. If your thinking about building a home with khov make sure you get both a pre and post drywall inspection and get ready to shell out a lot of money post closing.

Every one was absolutely great from the sales representative to the building manager. We are very happy.

I believe the home builders are too rushed to complete the house and over look items that are not finished correctly. Also, I feel that too may issues are told that it's home owners maintenance! A brand new house should not have home owners maintenance within less then a year of a purchase. The people you employ do the best of their capabilities.

My home was built excellent. The craftmanship and quality of the work was great. As well as the professionalism of the sales department and inspectors.

Love the neighborhood! The buying process was very easy from start to finish.

Many items were not corrected and I still end up dealing with warranty managers that want to fight with me to get corrections performed thru their contractors. The home is well constructed but on closing the project manager let many items slide. We are happy that the punch list is now close to being finished but this was a fight to the end! Why are Khovanian staff fighting with owner to get work done? This is a crazy and the process is flawed!

John was and still is my initial contact person who knows how to get things done. Even if he has to research the information. He is so responsive and always follow up with service that’s been requested. This is a great place for new homeowners that need to be assisted with a new build. I even applied online and still get the same quality residential treatment..I feel very welcomed in the “Four Seasons” community resort living.

The builder does not use the best quality material ie… wire shelves. They also dont use common sense in some of there choice on where to put things. Apparently they don’t know how to properly grade land for water runoff…

We are totally enjoying the neighborhood and meeting new friends from all over the country. The staff at the sales office were very helpful and no pressure. The construction team was fantastic and easy to work with. They kept us informed on progress throughout the process and were very helpful whenever we were in town to check out the progress, answered questions and addressed our concerns. The amenities are fantastic.

Poor workmanship. The houses are built so fast, I’ve had many issues, the materials used seem cheap. Nothing special about the house. KHOV had been very responsive to fixing all the issues but during the building process not willing to change or add simple things.

My experience was very great from the moment I walked in. I knew that this is where I wanna buy my house. The sales person was great. She explained every detail she left no stones on turn no surprise The project manager was wonderful very smart very intelligent knowledgeable We got weekly updates on the house from the moment the site was clear until we close I would recommend Khovto anyone.

The overall experience working with KHov was positive. However, for a home costing over $500,000 there are so many finishing touches that are below standard.

It has it all and then some / neighhood well kept / great daily on site helpers beautiful grounds Only problem NO MAIL DELIivery have to go every day wait in line at post office to get mail

Love our new home and community. One major negative. Hot water system is very poor. 2 and a half minutes to get hot water to the master bath. Froze up during recent freeze and had to get our own plumber because Warrenty couldn't get someone to help us immediately.

Laurie, our sales rep was very proficient and professional. She was the best part of the progress. Generally very pleased with our new home and K.Hov. The 30/60 day punch out process was not smooth until the new warranty portal was release, then things smooth out.

Sales was a no pressure experience. They fully understand this is a major decision and were their to answer questions and guide you. The process during and including closing was made easy. Everyone along the way was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The construction quality team made sure you moved into a perfect house in every way and provided their contact information in case you needed them. They explained where utilities were, how they worked and when to service. The also responded to any queries on items we were unsure how to work very quickly and professionally. The warranty process is also very efficient. Overall, we found the quality of construction and materials used to be top notch. You can tell K. Biggest disappointment is they sell you on all these that they offer but turns out not to be true.

We enjoyed working with Pam. She was always responsive, helpful, and answered our calls even when she off.

Homebuying process was OK. Quality of some material is ok, some not so great. Quality of workmanship is lacking in most all areas. Electrical work is suspect. We have had 2 calls to fix electric issue with dishwasher/disposal problem and still not fixed. The outlet for the dining table light is so far off center from the table it is completely unusable. Just thrown up with no worry about the correct location - just stick it up and call it good. Paint and trim work third rate. Low bid blinds not made for the window length. I realize this is not a custom built house, but more care should be taken to get it right. Quality is not a term to be used for the product being provided. ... More

Overall, our experience was a positive one. Sales and design were very good. Communication during the actual construction phase was limited. There should be much more information shared without having to ask for it. Pictures and updates need to happen more often... especially for out of state customers. Prior to closing, I believe there should have been more attention paid to details, as per my discussion with Jason. That would save time (and money)for KHOV by sending contractors back out to address issues that should been checked earlier. This will also save aggravation for homeowners,which is the most important thing. With that being said, since we have moved in, Ben has been fantastic. He responds to calls/texts promptly and addresses any issues that have come up. ... More

It’s been wonderful and really love my house….

Very good location. Floor plan has to be improved by the architect .Master bathroom doesn't have a spot for the towel. The towel rod was installed in the toilet area. garage door is not insulated. The paint used in the house is a lowest grade.
