Diane was very responsive and worked hard to make our experience great. Tim was very helpful with the walkthrough and responded to all of our questions. Very happy with our home, but had an issue with leaks in the irrigation system and missing curtain rod brackets and floor sideboards.

Our experience with Zack was superb. Kept us up to date, responded to questions and concerns quickly, was exceptional and competent to work with. K.Hov should give him a raise he deserves one.

Build craftemanship is very poor. We paid for a “deluxe kitchen” yet appliances are mid-level at best, and cabinetry is low-end builders grade. Same can be said of vinyl windows. We love the neighbors and the location, but at $768k, the house is a big disappointment.

When we bought our home, we asked to have a tub. Was told it was stand alone. Then sales person said, "No, I never said that; its a garden tub." Garden tubs went out in the 90's! Window over tub is oversized and looks out directly into my neighbor's living room window. Design flaw? I asked to have it changed; this is way before the build started. Was told I couldn't. Shower is a step down. Sweep on bottom of shower door doesn't allow for a floor mat so we come out of shower dripping wet and have to pivot over to floor mat. Elderly and unstable folks as they age stepping down into a shower doesn't seem safe. Another design flaw? I guess Hovnanian never heard of zero entry showers! Garage floor has a lip on it; tripping hazard as my neighbor can attest to that. She fell when she first moved in and had severe bruising. No idea why concrete is poured this way. We have put requests in regarding yard: weeds, drainage issues and uneven when walking to the point I've almost twisted my ankle and debris, rocks, construction materials all in the grass. They told me they already sprayed for weeds, never addressed drainage issues or uneven grading. Never completed several items we found during our walkthrough. We put requests in for warranty issues, one of which our back door is not hung properly and you can see daylight coming in. Still waiting. When we went to the Design Center for our finishes, our selections were very limited which was also very frustrating. We recently purchased our new home, and while we were initially excited, the experience dealing with the exterior issues has been extremely disappointing. Just before we moved in, the builder planted the trees and laid the grass in front of our home. Shortly after, one of the trees completely fell over and was literally lying on the ground. I contacted the builder, and they did come out to straighten it, but since July, that tree has died. I’ve submitted multiple requests to have it replaced, but nothing has been done. On top of that, the two trees in our front yard were planted less than four feet apart, which makes no sense. We were told they would be repositioned farther apart, yet that has never happened. The dead tree is still there months later, and no one has followed up to fix or replace it. To make matters worse, our sprinkler system has been leaking underground, causing constant flooding on one side of our home. My husband has reached out numerous times to get this repaired, and still, there’s been no resolution. Overall, the lack of response and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. KHov sells a dream and delivers nothing, The quality of the homes being built do not match the price being paid. We knew we were in trouble when Tim, our builder, told us all of the quality issues we pointed out would be handled by Warranty. And now warranty, who is overloaded, is not addressing the issues. I would never recommend KHOV to anyone based in the experience we are currently going through. A suggestion for you is to put in some type of escalation process for the customer. No one knows who to talk to when things are not being delivered as promised.

I purchased many homes in my lifetime, and I must say that here at K. Hovnanian, "Four Seasons" it was a breeze with the help of the personnel that was always readily available. From picking the model, the lot, the exterior and interior, everyone was there to assist in a courteous and professional manner. Now that I moved in, I learned that professional technicians are available for any issues that might come up with my new home free of charge for the whole first year. I like that.

First impressions, house was dirty a number of shuns were dead & others dying, had less than 20 minutes for the gold key inspection as there was a cleaning inside with a mop & bucket pushing the dirt around, the garage was swept and the dirt and debris pushed in the corners, no mail for 2 weeks Khov forgot to put addresses in the matrix it worse after that, HVAC compressor quit in the hottest spell repairs were expited only took 8 days roof leak, shower drain set too high have to sweege water out by hand siding fell off a month to repair after 3 months still waiting for repairs many more items

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing new home buying experience. The easiest part was writing the contract. The closing date was more than 2 months from the date promised. I feel there was little to no builder inspections done prior to my walk-thru/closing and I have been left with completing the builder punch list. I've had to deal with siding, interior and exterior doors, paint finishes, trim work, damaged woodwork, HVAC and appliance issues. The warranty portal system is misleading and inefficient with the homeowner not knowing what the outcome will be. After more than 3 months in this home, I'm still dealing with warranty issues. ... Do not use Khov mortgage. The incentive is not worth the awful rate and the worst financial decision of my life. They sell your mortgage right after close anyway. The FL office handling my mortgage was well aware of my planned time out of the country, but waited until 2 weeks before closing to demand new documents which were nearly impossible to produce from outside the USA. They ruined my trip and repeatedly threatened me that they would keep my deposit because I did not finish the process. I spent a fortune calling back to the states getting financial records. It was not technologically possible to access the khov portal while abroad but they threatened me and harassed me daily. I was literally finalizing submissions as soon as I reached US airspace trying not to lose the house and deposit. It was like a scam and they treated me horribly. It was such a bad experience that I have not enjoyed living here and will likely sell and move due to khov mortgage. I have never hated a company as much or feel so badly abused in my life. What a great guy and builder, very helpful and friendly, answered my questions and went above and beyond in his willingness to solve issues I had with my Beautiful new home, and Zach still, is willing to help me with issues that I'm sure is not part of his responsibility, this young man deserves every recognition he should get and deserves

Buying our home was easy. Only problem I came across was that we were not shown any of the things you need to know and change like A/C filters Ref. Filters. How to set timer on sprinklers system. Little things like that we weren’t shown. But other than that all was great.

Love our new home and community. One major negative. Hot water system is very poor. 2 and a half minutes to get hot water to the master bath. Froze up during recent freeze and had to get our own plumber because Warrenty couldn't get someone to help us immediately.

We were dissatisfied. Workmanship not great. Paint over sand dust, terrrible caulking, siding reversed, trim work fair. Not willing to change any item if a spec home. They have this attitude - any issue must be seen beyond 6ft from every angle in order to be considered for repair. Problems are passed along.

Some of the craftsmen ship is great, however I’ve found a lot of cut corners and poor quality. Price of the house and amenities is great, community is outstanding! I wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to live here, just stay on top of your new house when it’s being built.

The builder had to correct/change a lot of poor workmanship areas. In my opinion our inspector and the builder had to hold below average craftsmen/construction workers to a higher standard. K Hov’s builder was an excellent communicator & checked on as well as corrected multiple flaws. This especially evident in the painting. Zach had to request a change in painters. Our sales person was also instrumental in this process as well (Rick). The follow up after closing, for utilities, HOA specifics, & general information about the community was poor. Disappointing experience. Our builder Tim was great. Kept us informed and was a pleasure to work with. The final product has a lot to be desired. Horrific sheetrock work, cheap paint job, overspray, tape lines everywhere. There should be major concerns at K Hov with the quality of their homes. Wouldnt do it again. Service responsiveness has been good but there shouldnt be this many items that need to be fixed on a new home, Quality rating is a 2 out of 10. Sad.

Above average starts from a low bar around here, but generally, we're happy overall. The people are what makes this community so great. Building our home from scratch long distance was made as easy as possible, but was still a chore. The largest miss in the design experience was not being able to see all our choices together in a virtual environment. That color combination you liked may not look the same in real life. Quality of build is average plus. Several construction issues found by our inspector were corrected, but should never have been made in the first place (e.g., warped studs incorrectly remediated, electrical wiring mistakes) and some were contested by the builder and not remediated (e.g., roofing nail spacing). Some choices made by the builder were problematic (e.g., noisy, high sones bathroom exhaust fans, very thin coating of wall paint - masking tape on the wall peels out chunks when removed, no insulation over the garage). Love the community and home choices but workmanship is sub-par and responsiveness is the worst. Emails go unanswered and 50% of tradespeople don’t show up when scheduled and we often spend many days at home waiting for them to show. Private companies are the best with honoring appointments but KHov tradesmen are abysmal at keeping appointments. Warranty repair personnel do not get back to you often for days or weeks. We still havre about 5 items that have not been completely addressed since we closed in early July. Very disappointing. We expected better from KHov.

Would be nice if the numerous light switches were labeled. Also surprised there isn’t a switch for kitchen lights when entering from garage. For Donegal models with a sun room- the floor outlet is centered in the room. With a sun room addition many of us place our couches farther toward the master bed door. This makes the floor outlet useless unless you want a tripping hazard, or fire hazard with an area rug. Put peep holes in the front doors.

We were very happy to find the 4 Season community and Rick was wonderful to work with. He’s professional and knowledgeable and addressed all our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend 4 Season and Rick.

Really love the homes and community of Four Seasons! Nothing like it in the area.

I love my home in Four Seasons Lakes of Cane Bay! My salesman, Rick, did more than just sell me my home. He followed me through the entire building process from picking my lot, construction, to my closing. My floor plan is spacious and open. Rosa was great in assisting me with design choices. Jeff was responsive with warranty issues. It is a well built semi-custom home and I couldn't be happier!
