Love my new KB home

I’m very happy with this house, build with the quality and elegance by the professional workers

I spent weeks looking at numerous builders online. I really liked K B Home's floor plans and new-build areas throughout the valley. My adult daughter and I spent the weekend visiting six different new home builders in Surprise, AZ. KB Home was the first since I was most impressed with it online. We found by the fourth builder that subconsciously we were comparing each subsequent builder to KB Home. After three more visits to KB subdivision, I knew that KB home had everything that I was looking for in a new home--great area, stylish floor plans, good, solid construction, a design center with numerous options and most importantly a knowledgeable team of helpful associates from sales to superintendents. The process from picking a lot to moving in was exciting. I received weekly updates on the timeline throughout the building of my home. KB Home was responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. The superintendent did a prior walk-thru before mine the week before move-in. He was even more critical than I. By the time I went through final walk-thru, there were perhaps 6 or 7 small touch-ups left to do. The following week, my home was move-in ready. The day that I moved in, I felt at home. KB Home follows up 10 days after move-in and again a month later to make sure all is good and that I hadn't found something that I missed on walk-thru. There were a couple of items, that were taken care of within two weeks. I have now been in my new home for 2 1/2 months, and everyday I fall more in love with my home. No 1 Builders

Wall outlets! Most new home buyers have tv’s mounted on the wall. Please in the future, elevate the electrical and cable outlets.

Overall great experience. Ed really educated on the areas that I needed to know from a sales and product view and I’m really loving my new home.

The whole process was easy and fun! We will definitely do this again when we are looking for a bigger place!

The employees of KB Homes are very polite and very helpful on any issues or questions you may have. For any homes that we have inquired into KB Homes are the best in quality and plenty of space in between homes. Houses are not built so close together. Neighbors are not so close to you that you feel like that they are on top of you.

KB Home did an excellent job building my house. The quality of the work, clear communication, and overall experience were all great. The team kept me updated throughout the process and made everything smooth from start to finish. I’m very happy with my new home and would definitely recommend KB Home.

Everyone was amazing, especially Sales and the KBHS group. Construction was good, really liked the Superintendent. His workers are not the best when it comes to straight walls and installing showers properly. Also whoever did the landscaping did not properly grade it in the front yard but Warranry is incredible and they are coming out to take care of it! Overalll an excellent experience!

James and Robert were great to work with. Very patient with all of our questions and requests. We love our new home. Everyone we worked with through KB Homes was great. Would buy again from them

The customization was great, the other buiulders were not offering that option. We got to add or subtract everything we wanted. No package upsells. The options were great, there could have been a few more, and the cost of some of the upgrades were priced a little too high for us. We did them after close for cheaper. But the attention to detail we had with our Superintendent and the Sales staff the KB realtor was one of a kind and really made this experience amazing for us. The home is beautiful we are in love with it! we kept remembering that every builder uses the same crews to build their homes, the same roofers, stucko, etc. so every house is built by the same people.
