KB Home Reviews in Tucson, AZ

[TRANSLATED FROM ES] I found everything in perfect condition, thank you so much for everything

The experience was great from start to finish! I really appreciate everyone that was involved in the process!

Even that it was a great experience, it was not perfect, as with things in life nothing is perfect.

Did not get a 10day or 30 day follow up. Multiple unresolved issues regarding poor workmanship.

The entire team always responds quickly yo our questions, requests and concerns.

I like my ;home at *****

All expenses with KB Home has been Great.

Not good quality on things, they response to warranties. Deal at the purchase was not too good, they promise things that they couldn't archive at the closing.

The kb lender was not good, but the agent was great and the house is good

The speed and accuracy of the construction and the kindnesses of all the ***** employees.

Closing went great as we were in Colorado.

I was given great incentives and I love the house. Great folks throughout the whole process as well.

Fast responses to building questions

This was the absolute best home buying experience I’ve ever had.

My homebuying process was incredibly smooth. I felt supported from purchase to move-in. The construction quality is excellent and offers great overall value. The building team kept every promise and always responded in a timely manner.

It was great experience with KB

The entire KB Homes team was very responsive.

I was most impressed on how quickly they help us on a model, design, and the did all the follow up work to help us decide.

This is my 15 house never had an easier experiences Byron the superintendent the best by far Derick my sales rep honest and no misinformation overall good house great price no problems I would recommend KB homes everyone that I worked with made my experience most enjoyable

We our first time home buyers & KB made the process very easy. They broke apart the building process so we never felt overwhelmed. We enjoyed customizing our home piece by piece at the studio. Our home was built very quickly & we were always updated with pictures throughout the process. My only complaint would be the drywall workers were messy & not consistent throughout the house & to paint the house with semi gloss & not flat paint. Other than that we love our home & are happy we decided to work with KB. Thank you Luis, Connie, Enrique & Desiree! We enjoyed working with you!

Great home and customer service
