We our first time home buyers & KB made the process very easy. They broke apart the building process so we never felt overwhelmed. We enjoyed customizing our home piece by piece at the studio. Our home was built very quickly & we were always updated with pictures throughout the process. My only complaint would be the drywall workers were messy & not consistent throughout the house & to paint the house with semi gloss & not flat paint. Other than that we love our home & are happy we decided to work with KB. Thank you Luis, Connie, Enrique & Desiree! We enjoyed working with you!

Great home and customer service

Beautiful flooring and great appliances, the mgr came and met us after we moved in and so polite and big help and have any concerns or issues to call them.

The support we got from Brian and Tyler was absolutely first rate

Very pleasant experience with KB Homes

The buying experience was great and moved quite quickly. We were updated on the progress of our home every week and it was built quicker than we expected. Overall the quality of the home is great and the customer service has been in touch with us often. We are very happy with our experience.

Myrna our sales rep was very kind, very helpful and kept us up to date in the build process. Raul was very knowledgeable regarding our mortgage loan and guided us through out the approval process. Laramie the construction manager was great, kept us informed of all the build. Paige was awesome very detail oriented when it came to our home interior design and was very knowledgeable. Christina has been keeping us informed about any details now that we have moved in and has been in constant contact with us regarding any issues the home may have. Thank you all!!! We have been trying to get our refrigerator replaced or refunded since we paid for it ourselves thru the design studio for 1100.00. It looks second hand and runs loud enough to hear 7 out of 8 hrs. They ordered doors without hearing our side of issue. This has been ongoing before we closed on house, said go ahead and close all issues will be taken care of, at who’s satisfaction. Had a range problem got that solved. Still have issue with cabinet inserts, put on order to replace. Essentially everything we paid extra for has had issues. Everyone who has told us they will come here to talk to us about this issue has not shown up. Wait all day and nothing. KB advertising says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Not happening yet. it was a quick move in expirence, lots of issues though for a brand new home, not great customer service

I don’t appreciate being forced to write something..however dates experience was superb.
