I would have loved to have little parks embedded throughout our neighborhood however we are a small pocket within a much larger community, and not even the larger community has those amenities. We upgraded our cabinetry and it seems to chip rather easily, which is frustrating considering we've only been in the home since the start of the year.

The KB team did an amazing job in helping me with my first home. They were very proactive. I loved being able to pick out the colors and style I wanted. Overall it was a great experience!

Alan and Carl have been great on the customer service side. We are very happy with our new home.

Good house

Was a good experience with all the KB representatives and I was kept up to date on every phase of the building process.

My buying experience was excellent. Very responsive and always available to answer my many questions. After being here for almost 2 months I notice that there are a lot of things are not up to par. Window that doesn’t lock, window with a very apparent hole in the frame, paint speckles on the floor, area by front door not coated correctly correctly, cover up was attempted with paint instead of fixing it right., baseboard missing in kitchen behind refrigerator, outlets with usb plug are difficult to plug in to but was told that’s just the way they are. Beautiful location, but construction of the home is not worth the price we paid. The craftsman is of poor quality. It is has been a huge headache dealing with all the issues we found around the house. The customer service has been good to send out the different trades to get the issues addressed, but some of the issues remain. The house was built too quickly and the attention to detail was horrendous.

From start to finish our builders did a excellent job. All involved always kept us informed and quieted our fears. Overall this was a wonderful experience, we love our house and feel the is a great investment. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Thanks KB for making our dreams come true!

They are cranking out these homes and they are selling faster than they can get them done! We love the layout, quality and service! Everyone was great to work with! Cannot thank you enough!

I have had some issues with the home but the staff has been great at repairing them quickly.

Loved the quality and service of KB.

The mortgage piece was terrible. After move in , had several repairs, takes a lot of my work time. Used my electricity to build the neighbors house. The stucco walls are not flat.

Miss Elaine is the best!! She made the whole experience a positive one. Even when I would get frazzled she always knew how to keep me positive and keep moving forward. It was so much fun getting to design the house and watch it build. I would recommend KB to anyone and everyone. We looked around at several other builders before choosing KB and I’m glad we did.

The workmanship looked rushed. Lots of imperfections. Hire an inspector.

Convince KB homes to lower the price when you want to upgrade from flat to eggshell it was $2300 so I opted to repaint it my self for less than $250 that would have saved me some time if they made that upgrade at a reasonable price .

Great home and home buying experience

We are very pleases with our new home. The only reason I didn’t give a higher grade on the workmanship is that I feel whoever laid our tile eas a city cares less. There are all kinds of steaks that won’t clean properly because The grout and cement was done either too fast or carelessly. Some streaks won’t come out and I’m still finding areas that need special attention.
