The sales side and the site managers who you actually speak with are great. My only downside is now that I’m moved in, the rest of neighborhood still needs to be built and the guys building the houses don’t seem to care about blocking your driveway or a whole street so you can’t even get to your house. Situational awareness is not one of their strongest traits. They’ll sit in their car on their phones blocking a street and won’t notice you patiently waiting for them to move until you honk but then you get stared down for having the audacity of interrupting them blocking the street. House completed on date promised. Quick response.

The KB team (from the sales office, to the showroom, to the superintendent, and more) were an absolute joy to work with. Everyone listened carefully to our wants and needs to be sure we got everything we needed and a few extras we wanted, without going over our budget. We are over the moon with the final product. Hoping this will be our forever home, but would gladly work with KB again if we ever decided on a new location.

The team was there with me through the process. They too extra time to make sure I understood what I was getting and the process behind it. Great team and happy homeowner.

The KB Home staff really care for the home buyer as if they were themselves living in the same community and were your neighbor.

No doubt buying a home with KB is a great experience. But not our dwelling on the first month, this was the time we noticed some flaws on the materials and workmanship. First, our countertop has a lot of chips on it but it has been addressed already they did some repairs. Second, I thought the paint in the interior was so thin it can easily be removed seemed like only one coating was apied.Third and the worst, within a month of dwelling, our a/c already broke twice! Installer got notified but their emergency service was not until 3 days after we called. Summertime! Who would like to spend their days inside their new house with 93 degrees inside? The whole process was much easier than I thought it would. Elaine, my sales person, was so awesome. Jeff, my loan processor, was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Logan is incredible to work with for our aftercare. She makes getting things fixed a breeze.

There was a faulty smoke alarm system installed which eventually was replaced but I had to put up with it going off approximately every 5 hours during the day and night. I did contact the construction staff early into the problem but it took about 3 weeks to get it resolved. I still have another issue regarding a possible ceiling leak in the kitchen area which has not been taken care of.

In an apparent rush to finish before closing, a lot of details about the house were skipped; however, KB rep and sup have been tremendously responsive to correcting all the issues quickly. Repair and finish crews have been superb.

Seems we've had a few issues with this house unlike our other house though as always Dave and Byron get things taken care of, they're an excellent team.

Great people to work with. Constant communication as to the building progress. Highly recommend.

Excellent price and workmanship

Great experience in overall, the building quality is as expected. There are some very small things, I decided to take care myself (paint retouch, doorbell button installation, concrete in the ramp, water dripping from a pipe).
