Seems we've had a few issues with this house unlike our other house though as always Dave and Byron get things taken care of, they're an excellent team.

Great people to work with. Constant communication as to the building progress. Highly recommend.

There needs to be better oversight of the work that is being done.

Excellent price and workmanship

I would have loved to have little parks embedded throughout our neighborhood however we are a small pocket within a much larger community, and not even the larger community has those amenities. We upgraded our cabinetry and it seems to chip rather easily, which is frustrating considering we've only been in the home since the start of the year.

Miss Elaine is the best!! She made the whole experience a positive one. Even when I would get frazzled she always knew how to keep me positive and keep moving forward. It was so much fun getting to design the house and watch it build. I would recommend KB to anyone and everyone. We looked around at several other builders before choosing KB and I’m glad we did.

We are very pleases with our new home. The only reason I didn’t give a higher grade on the workmanship is that I feel whoever laid our tile eas a city cares less. There are all kinds of steaks that won’t clean properly because The grout and cement was done either too fast or carelessly. Some streaks won’t come out and I’m still finding areas that need special attention.

KB has got it down to a science, or rather, an art. Amazing to me how quickly everything was completed, and deadlines consistently met. Head foreman David Hartman was friendly, professional, and responsive to our concerns throughout. Minor complications were resolved in a timely manner with excellent customer service provided by Ben Heese and staff. All contractors assigned to fix items during the inspection phase were prompt and professional. Useful information was provided to us (the homeowners) to help understand how said items work. Good communication was provided throughout the process. Salesman Lee Williams was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and committed to a smooth flowing process. Everything up to closing on the new build was flawless and without issue, and even the small issues when the final walkthrough/acceptance was done was responded to in a quick manner and resolved.

Poor designs for the master's toilet (the door and the space) and the second bath.

Great experience in overall, the building quality is as expected. There are some very small things, I decided to take care myself (paint retouch, doorbell button installation, concrete in the ramp, water dripping from a pipe).

Trust but verify. Love the location, wish there was a pool

I had some trepidation at first since it was a long distance transaction. Also our Sales representative left the company in the middle of our long distance build. However Christina jumped right in and took over like a champ. Jerry and Zach were also wonderful, kudos to both of them for seeing the build through to the end.

It was an interesting process, just know your house won't be perfect you will find things that will need to get fixed.

Overall, the sales experience was a delight and I can't speak highly enough of Tanya and other members of the KB crew I have had dealings with. The floor plan is perfect for my needs and it's a wonderful area, neighborhood and neighbors. While I understand the current labor and supply issues have taken their toll and caused delays, there has been considerable post-signing lack of communication and getting issues resolved that - IMHO - shouldn't be that major of an issue. I keep hearing "we're working on it," "I'll get back to you." Yet they don't. Yada, yada, yada. My advice? Don't close until all is finished to your satisfaction. Otherwise it might be months before those literally minor but important issues that you have paid for are finally resolved. ... More

The whole process was a fun experience. This was our first new build and getting to see each stage was neat. The office staff communicated regularly with updates and was always available for questions even after office hours or their days off. Some things weren't completed upon acceptance and almost 2 months later they still are not. Things are in the works but I can't give a full 5 stars since the time frame discussed has come and gone. I'll be very patient and understanding of the process as long as they continue their open communication.

The workmanship looked rushed. Lots of imperfections. Hire an inspector.
