nice touch up clean work

Overall process was great. The quality of product use for the home is lacking. Low quality materials. The build looks good. Not happy that we had to lease the solar panel as opposed to purchasing it cause we were told that we were able to purchase.

Very easy and everyone is very helpful

Everything during the home buying experience was great in the beginning I didn’t have any issues with the selling agent at all she was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had, I can’t say the same thing for my loan officer and I have tried my best to put myself in her position as far as having the amount of buyers to deal with at once towards the end of the process I wasn’t getting a response like I was initially many times my text would go for a day or two before receiving a response phone calls sometimes would go straight to voicemail, my number one concern around this time was the interest rate was starting to go up and there was no discussion on locking in or a plan to talk when we will long story short I ended up locking in on a random phone call at the height of the interest rates, I felt ignored at times. I know my experience will be different than others but having to settle for an interest rates at its height really bothered me and made my experience very poor. Overall great experience all departments were helpful. Only issue was that we would be rushed to do things and then the representatives wouldn’t return the favor. Meaning we would get rushed and then they would lag when we needed responses or things on their end to be handled. Other than that it was great still happy and satisfied I went with KB.

Seems like they finished home in rush and had some issues with home. Took them forever to fix the problems and there are still some that I had to fix it my self. Never had frame walk when they were building the home. Had few concerns during building process that we aren't sure if they were fixed or not because no one got back to us.

Back office loan folks were rude and disrespectful. Many projects were rushed as the longer we are there the more we can see uneven title, cement not completely used underneath tile which led to cracking. Show doors/door way unevenly done. Dish washer was immediately broken day one of move in (heating element), appliances are cheap and not well made, will have to repaint as flat white paint used, list goes on. Material is so bad in my house

My experience with KB home was great. Fome writing Offer Till the end closing of Escrow.

We were very excited when we made an offer for our first home with KB home in Tesoro Viejo, Madera, CA but our excitement got ruined when the bulider doesn’t meet the expectations. First of all, it started with the sales management. Through our whole home buying process, their sales agents were keep on changing so we had to work with 3 different sales agents in 6-7 months and there was lack of communication and transparency. The first sales agent, we started working with, didn’t clarify all the upgrades and standard things when we made offer. It was frustrating when the home was almost ready and we didn’t find the things we were expecting in the home as we even weren’t aware of that ‘those were part of upgrades’. When we brought this issue to the Sales management, they didn’t respond for almost 3 months about the issue because their sales department doesn’t want to accept their fault and tried to blame us (the customer) for all that mess they created. Even though KB home’s design studio wasn’t aware of those upgrades. When we double checked with KB home’s design studio about our concerns they were also not aware of those upgrades. But the worst customer service they provided on that time when KB home’s management respond us with negative response about those concerns after 3 months that if we want those things, we have to pay for those and it was totally irritating that how come a Builder is asking to pay for something which is not customer’s fault and didn’t mentioned to us while we made the offer. Instead of accepting their managements faults, they tried to blame us for each and every mistake they made. Because of KB home’s unresponsiveness and being irresponsible of their mangement’s mistakes we have to pay extra interest rate on our mortgage as we were not able to move forward with our closing until we get any response from them. Finally, when the time comes for closing they messed up with the upgrades for what we paid for and they stepped back and didn’t fix those by saying that “Its right according to us”. I paid alot for my upgrades but the quality of everything is compromised by KB home according to the price they charge us. Our overall experience with KB home was the worst experience we ever had with anything else. KB home was treating us like they are giving free home to us so they don’t care about the customers satisfaction. I will never ever recommend anyone to move forward with KB home if they are willing to buy their dream home. They totally ruined my first home buying process. Great House and Solid Construction etc.

I had great experience with KB Homes, specially with Tom Bourdet. From the initial Open house visit to sign-up the initial purchase and final move-in. Experience was nothing less than spectacular. I was guided at every step, every detailed was discussed and with timelines. I received every week or so update on the progress with photographs, and closing of the loan was flawless.

What an adventure getting into our new home. There were a few bumps but we manage to get through it. Just wish we could of locked in our interest rate sooner. Sebrina and Nora were great to work with. Sebrina sent picture updates as things were getting done. Nora, resolved every lending issue and communicated with us often. Looking at our home from the outside was everything we expected. But during our walkthrough there were many flaws I noticed and some after getting settled in. With the time KB took to build our home these issues should have been seen and fixed. We've reached out to KB warranty the issues will be looked and hopefully resolve. Overall KB Home Marshall Estates offered the big lot size we looked for and peaceful neighborhood. ... More

I bought a house with KBHOMES in Feb,2022. And everything breaks in my house every week and when you email or call . They don’t respond. I regret buying home from KBhome my kitchen cabinet fall off and they haven’t fix for 2months. My garage door is broken and I message and call No response. I wish I have done my research before going with KBHOMES. Very bad experience
