We were provided unsatisfactory experience throughout the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in. The quality of the workmanship and customer service were horrible! There is value of our new home because of the lot size and location I’m hesitant to trust the home itself has the value of what we paid due to lack of workmanship/customer service. Our experience with the builder’s team was that they severely lack communication and follow through as well as disregard homebuyers concerns. They never did what they promised and keep making excuses for it. They have never respond to us in a timely fashion. What I would like buyers to know most is that if they have to buy a home here they should use their own Lender and Realtor and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT attend the home orientation without their realtor or sign off on the “orientation” without ALL items in the home cleaned, scratches buffed out, drywall being in pristine condition as well as window and electrical being to your standards! ... As a first time homeowner I was really pleased with purchasing experience from beginning to end and frankly I didn’t experience some of the horror stories you often hear about. This company is well represented by a team of professionals (Christine S., Nancy C., and Jackie R.) who all go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by making themselves available to address any and all questions and / or concerns. I was so disappointed. I closed on March 25, 2022. No screen windows, no screen door, no hardware in the kitchen and bathrooms. No Aircondition. I set up the ecobee but it doesn’t connect to the A/C. There s no update when they will get the screens and the hardwares or kitchen pulls It is now May 17. And it is so hot.

Had a great home buying experience!

KB office sales reps were great and very helpful. I was very pleased with KB until we moved. After moving in, I am waiting on things to be done on the house we moved into in Feb. No call backs from people and I have been calling for weeks now. We have had multiple no shows from the repair people so it has taken weeks to get minor things done and we still have other things needing attention. Also one of my upgraded items has not been installed and I keep getting the runaround on when this will happen. I don’t feel like I am getting the same treatment now that we have closed on the home.

My home is absolutely beautiful!!! The date of completion was pushed back a few times which was a little disheartening, but the end result was even better than expected

I was pleased that they helped me in a professional way and always made the time and effort to answer all my questions and concerns. All the support and guidance they gave me to be successful for the purchase of my first new home.

As far as the sales team goes, everyone is great. However, when it comes down to the wire and we look at the quality of home you are getting, I definitely feel that I was shorted. I have had multiple issues since purchasing the home and most of them are from poor workmanship and/or carelessness of the building team. I have had some of the issues handled however, it has been about 2 months since I moved in and I am still waiting for some resolution. I ended up hiring my own electrician to fix the wiring but there are many issues left untouched. I might be the one in a million bad egg home but, given the information on the quality of home, had I known this before, I may have chosen to take my money elsewhere. ... More

Sale department are good and helpful. Customer service not good at all.

It was a wonderful experience buying a Kb home. We were walked through the process as our house was being built. Thomas really helped with that process. The house is beautiful and the builders team respond quickly when needed.

KB Homes in Madera is a nice community but I have been in my home almost 2 months and i still have several issues with my home. Workmanship is not the greatest and communication is also lacking. KB is determined to correct all the issues however it is liking pulling teeth trying to get the repairs scheduled.
