A great place to look for your new home.

Everything went with the build the way the sales people said it would. Home was about if not earlier than a month delivered early. No major holdups or anything that would of held up build experienced. Everything went as planned.

the entire process from start to finish was extremely easy, the representatives and everyone involved made this home buying process easy. the quality of our home is excellent, no major issues in the home, the KB home team responds to us quickly when something arises or even if its just to check up to see how things are going. The home warranty is great its like no other we were glad they offered that when purchasing our forever home.

Design center was the best part

KB Homes has great selection of features for the home. However, everything costs money: you want lights in a room? It is going to cost you. You want lights in the kitchen and living room? It is going to cost you. It does NOT come with lights, only outlets for "lamps". Be aware of the great variety of options available, as they can be costly and increase the home purchase price significantly higher. Overall, so far, great quality home (2 months in). Also, plan for significant delays. If they expect the home to be "finished" by a certain month, plan at least 1-2 months more of delays. That way, you'll have somewhere to stay. ... More

The home build itself is wonderful and what we asked for. The process of buying the home was the hassle. There was major communication issues with every aspect, KB reps, finance personnel, approval office, etc. There needs to be better communication to make the home buying experience with KB Home a wonderful process and experience.

Every is good, but some small things need fixing. Some of my paint needs more work.

They were not truthful about the move in date and kept pushing back the date. The quality of the home is not worth the price I paid. There are a lot of defects in the home that needs to be repaired.

Customer Service can't be beat. I love my new home and how all the KB staff helped keep the process running smoothly.

The entire experience was/is horrible. From the start a salesperson giving wrong information about home options & solar programs, sales/customer service people not showing up to home walk through appointments, to multiple building delays. After a 11 month wait l moved in & it took five weeks to gain access to my mailbox. Not to mention, after two appraisals the house still came in almost $30k under the purchase price. Highly recommend using another builder.

The builder has assembled a very proficient group of employees. The sales office was so helpful and patient with us. My wife and I are not computer smart, but we got through the whole procedure and are now in our lovely home. Thank You KB and thank you all employees of KB for making this a wonderful experience.

KB Builds quality homes and a reasonable price. Manage your expectations, and practice clear and constructive communication and KB will make sure you are taken care of. Misty, Nora, Scott, and Eric all ensured that any issues I found were promptly corrected and that all my questions were answered.

The entire home buying process was extremely easy & transparent. The home was built beautifully in a timely manner and the warranties are great. My only hiccup was the 30 day walkthrough & paint touch ups/small repairs hasn’t been honored.

I really loved how KB is all about customer satisfaction and if you have any issues they will address them in a timely manner.

Love, love, love my new KB home. You will not get the after care for your home with some other home builders like you will with KB homes. They are still with you even after your buying process is completed. Whatever concerns if any you have KB and staff are right there for you, putting your mind at ease. A lot of other builders take the money and run and leave you without support, this isn’t the issue with KB Homes. Like I said before in my own words, KB Homes is definitely a K aring B usiness
