My wife and I are first time homebuyers and we visited communities with almost every single builder in our area when we were home shopping and we strongly believe we got the best possible home that was available in our price range. The whole experience was very professional, from the initial sales team to the lender to the customer care team who helped resolve all of our minor issues after moving in. Would definitely recommend KB Homes to friends and family.

It was good experience and understand more and more about the process

It has been a while since I have purchase a new home. I was first very happy of how fast the home was build. I am amaze of all the features the home has like the timed lights to conserved energy and the feature where it allows fresh air to enter in the house without opening windows. I am also very happy that the home has sprinklers in the home in case of a fire.

The KB homes had a wonderful helpful team. Our sales rep, Cash was friendly and helpful. Nora, our loan officer, was good at answering questions, Dave, the builder, went above and beyond to answer questions and concerns. He helped us greatly. Sergio and Thor, our customer service reps, are resourceful, friendly, and amazing. We had a good experience with all KB homes reps.

I want to thank Sergio for quickly resolving any issues I had . He made this a great experience by providing exceptional customer service skills. I have to say Sergio really cared about my family being happy with our new home . He made sure are expectations were met.

I am unhappy with my KB Home. The home was quickly built and it shows. My walls are not straight and the interior paint is horrible. I will not buy another KB Home in the future and can’t wait to sell this one soon.

I always felt I was treated by people.

KB Homes the developer always was and continues to be professional and quick to respond to issues. Although we had some delays/issues with KBHS I don’t have anything negative to say about KB Homes and the building crew. I do believe the quality of paint used for internal paint was below average and the quality of wood with fence boards was just OK. Not to say I didn’t get what I paid for I just expected something a little bit better. Overall I am very pleased with my new home and look forward to growing and raising my family here.

First of all Juvenal our sales rep was awesome to work with. He is very punctual and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and responded immediately! Jesse and Scott from KB were very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about our new home. They explained everything clearl and followed up often to make sure our new home is everything is satisfactory. After move in, Sergio and Thor followed up with me for the 30 day follow up and made sure to help me in any way possible. For example, I paid to have the utility sink connections ready and they went ahead and hired a plumber to install my sink for me. As a Disabled Veteran I greatly appreciate the 3xtra mile they are continuing to go to make sure we are happy with our brand new home. The team we worked with was and continues to be amazing. Bad quality. Bad painting so thin came off easily. Everything damage easy

I do not recommend buyers to go with KBHS lending. They are awful to work with. They do not communicate well with the home buyer to the sales office to the Title company. It’s hard to reach them and only via email. From sales office to customer service to construction, they were great to work with.
