Bad workmanship and a lot of missing and damaged selected appraised items

I would stay clear from KB Home in Madera County CA because it doesn’t make sense to buy a new home that have so many damaged and missing items. I bought the top model and paid a lot for a lot of upgrades items, but a lot of it are damaged and are still missing. It’s a very aggravating new home buying experience. In light of this, maybe KB Home is different in different counties/states, but it’s very bad in Madera County CA thats for sure.

Robbed me of the joy in buying my first home

The entire experience was/is horrible. From the start a salesperson giving wrong information about home options & solar programs, sales/customer service people not showing up to home walk through appointments, to multiple building delays. After a 11 month wait l moved in & it took five weeks to gain access to my mailbox. Not to mention, after two appraisals the house still came in almost $30k under the purchase price. Highly recommend using another builder.

I am unhappy with my KB Home. The home was quickly built and it shows. My walls are not straight and the interior paint is horrible. I will not buy another KB Home in the future and can’t wait to sell this one soon.
