Great experience with all the people of KB home. very responsive and easy to contact. if only the quality of the finishes and details of the home were up to par with the people. There was a handful of damaged materials used in my unit which was fixed and replaced to the best of the staff's ability. But things like the patio door frame which has a hole at the botom right that was patched up with caulk, or the master bathroom shower drain which was also roughly finished with caulking instead of a neat metal ring fails to meet the quality expected for the price I paid for the unit. KB homes was very helpful in our home buying process making it possible to go through the process without an agent. There have been very few issues with our house overall though. Minor things have been: door to master bedroom offset, vents are a bit not smooth causing them to be louder than necessary for the air conditioning. And some other minor things that were fixed.

Our exceptional experience in buying with KB started with our KB sales agent Sarah. She was very accommodating and handled our questions professionally and even like a friend. She was always available to address our concerns. We were sad that we didn’t get to close our home with her since she was there from the beginning, but Sue was also very nice. Jennifer and Lorri spent so much time with us, helping us determine what options we wanted for our home. They provided great insight, and were very patient as we were indecisive at times. Brian, our superintendent was amazing, .accommodating us as plans changed, and making sure our walk through went smoothly with the inspector for KB at closing. He was always available to address our questions and concerns. He made sure things were completed to our pleasing. He made sure the punch list items were addressed to completion and whatever he could control was addressed. He was honest and always in a good mood. He made sure we were comfortable with everything in the home and fixed all things that needed fixing in a timely manner. He made sure his staff fixes everything perfectly not just a patch job. Communication with the sales team was great, and it was great to see each step of the process. Communication with the build team did fall off towards the end, but overall the entire process was relatively easy and there weren't any major issues or concerns.

KB Home is a good builder. Easy to work with and stands behind their product. I am a repeat home buyer and was always satisfied with their service.

Build quality needs to be improved.

The sales Bill and builder supervisor Carlos have been responsive in helping settle the issue however the works man-ship and customer service need to step up the effort. I have a window with defect was installed and I asked customer service to fix the issue, however, two months later, I do not have any one come and service the work order. On the other hand, the customer service did respond to clogged toilet. It was found that worker did not remove the pipe caps of the toilet and shower drains after tile installation(Works man ship issue). On works man ship, I have seen floor anchors and nails not driven onto the supporting beam. There are other issues which will be dealt with customer service later. ... More

Good sales process & hard working engineers, but unfortunately the finish quality did suffer! :( Just thankful they are fixing most of it...but certain issues should NOT have existed in the first place!

I had a wonderful experience with the home buying experience. The biggest downfall is whoever painted the house left many paint marks on my tiled floors.
