It was clear communication from start to finish with pictures and emails every step of the process.

Buying a home is stressful. REALLY stressful. You hope that your realtor(s) will not contribute to that stress. We had almost given up on buying a house before our rental lease expired, and stopped by the Catania office on a whim to see what they had. They had just had someone cancel a deal and the house was available for our time-frame. KB prefers you deal with them directly, but we already had a realtor. KB wants you to use all of their services, including financing and insurance, but they are not pushy with trying to force anything, which is great. We were able to meet with the sales-person every time we needed to for inspections, drop off a check, whatever, they were always there. They allowed us to have our own inspector, and the list of items was as you would expect for a brand-new house. Only a few cosmetic items. Everything on our list was fixed and the whole house gone over with the property manager. We have had to contact support a couple of times for questions, and 1 issue (needed to replace a broken screen), and they took care of everything quickly. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars was because of pushing to change the closing dates. We had already set everything up for a specific closing and move-in, and at the last minute they wanted to move it up a week. That was a lot of added stress right before signing papers, but we got it all done, and moved in. ... More

It's was great

The person who was supposed to follow up with me tried to reach out to me once via phone but that was it. I guess he came by the house while I was at work and introduced himself to my parents. They said he seems really nice and they gave him the list of items that might need looking at but nothing has been done. Also, there looks to be some oil "spills" or something like that on the rocks/gravel in my front yard that makes it look bad. Not sure who to contact.

The entire process was pretty easy and all the people were very responsive to all our questions/needs.

the people that helped me Olga, Mike, Jessie, Cj, and Heather made the whole process smooth and any issue I had they took care of it very quickly

The overall experience was very positive. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process, questions were answered promptly, and expectations were set from the beginning.

Sylvia made my wife and I feel very welcomed and included when purchasing our home and walking us to the home for review. Hope was very responsive to emails every step in the buying process.

You have a very bad Experience with the vendors The materials with which houses are built are the cheapest for the price they cost

The superintendent has been attentive and ***** has been very warm and welcoming during our experience. This was plan B in our homebuying journey, but the experience has made us feel blessed we got here! My wife and I are pretty happy so far with our home.
