My sales associate Wendy was such a sweetheart. I genuinely felt like she had my best interest at heart. She went over and beyond for me and my family. She was answering my questions even on her days off. She went the extra mile to get me into the home with the bigger lot at a lower price point. When I had any issues she made me feel heard and validated. There was transparency throughout the process of buying our new home. Every word promised was kept from the builder to the lender. As with any home buying experience, it can be very stressful and the KB team was extremely patient and understanding. I had some initial issues with the first lender representative they paired me with. They quickly assigned me another agent that was able to thoroughly answer my questions and address all my concerns. Juan was exceptional. I am an over thinker and I’m sure I drove him insane, but he remained respectful and professional explaining in detail certain loan details that I did not understand. The craftsmendship is the best I’ve seen. I shopped around and looked at other builders final home builds, and KBs quality surpassed all others. KBs customer service after purchase is amazing as well. I’ve had no issues reporting small issues and getting the issues resolved within a day or two. They are prompt and the reps they send out are friendly and professional. As with any builder, they have a lot of homes to get through so There’s always room for improvement with the quality of work being done on the homes. The finishing on the brand new tubs they installed were cracked in multiple places. The finish appeared scratched and scuffed. They have someone coming out to refinish the tub, but it’s still a place for initial improvement. The carpet was lifting and nails or staples were poking our feet when we moved in. Again, KB remediated the issue quickly, but the over all quality of the carpet/vinyl flooring install wasn’t the greatest. I had to scrape paint off the vinyl flooring and the base boards were poor quality. They had tons of dents and bumps. But I’m sure the average person wouldn’t have noticed. I'm a first time home buyer and my experience with KB Home was fenomenal. I'm a Navy veteran and I used my VA home loan with KB Home loans. Miss Jessie was my loan officer and she made the whole process very simple. Mr. Pablo was my sales agent and he was very courteous and professional. Mr. Cecil & Rick have been following up with me since the construction was completed. Overall, I would definitely recommend KB Home!

Pretty much a basic home buying experience. Home designs are good, but the design center has limited choices. Main problem was with KB's lender if choice. They were VERY pushy and cockt, assuming that we would use them and not shop around. They requested unnecessary information for pre-qualification, and were unwilling to provide a secure channel for sending information - the initial loan officer suggested we send confidential financial information to her personal email account. Highly unprofessional. Many other lenders out there with MUCH better customer service.

Buying a home from KB was a developmental milestone that I found rewarding.

Overall, we had a positive experience. The crew at KB were unquestionably helpful and assiduous in the care and creation of their product, as well as their outstanding customer service which is superior to most companies of any stripe. The foreman and his assistant are very attentive to their customers needs and to the needs of the home. They carry themselves with a gravitas that supports their professional care and attention to their customers. I’m very impressed with Tommy and Efron. They are stand up guys. The negatives in our experience were pretty minimal. Although we had numerous delays in the timeline of the home’s completion but it was fairly innocuous and the fault was not KB’s; allegedly they had manpower issues during the plumbing phase of the build. Additionally, there seemed to be a disconnect with information disclosure regarding the closing/move in date. We struggled with obtaining an accurate close date from their office. However, this was annulled by the fact that they were able to get us closed and into our home a week before the projected close date. We were one of the first families to move in on our end of the block! So, the outcome was very positive. Overall our experience with KB has been positive. Everyone was very communicative. We were treated very well. The house is very beautiful. Although I wish they took care of some of the wood work a little better (baseboards and doors). Some came chipped or damaged. But the maintenance team is good too. Great experience

there are many other builders in the Ontario area, i had visited them all during new house shopping. This KB Home house is generally a great valued built and designed by the professional builder team, the sales office is professional and knowledgeable, and customer service team (after moved in) is also very responsive & experienced. Thanks to Stephen, Karen, John, Philip, and Richard who are a great team and pleased to working with. Highly recommended for the KB Home in Ontario!

We had a good experience with KB homes team starting from sales representatives to customer support team. Quality of the construction is good. Models and time for completion everything is good. Need to improve little bit in workmanship and more designs (upgrades) availability. Expected little more explanation about warranty and facilities in home while final orientation.

They have very good services and the people are very friendly

Buying a home in Olive Brook went somewhat smoothly. A little bumpy, like taking longer than expected to close. Also having KB management walk the home for quality? Missed a few items, like chipped doors, leaking T on the hot water pen in ceiling, bad breakers for kitchen, faulty wired three way switch, wrong color used to fix broken corner on shower tub, missing stucco under window ledge, broken roof tiles and living room bedroom lights and plugs all of them on one breaker. Other than that smooth.

Good price and good customer services after closing.

The overall buying experience was good, sales, loan agents are amazing but the customer service doesn'y respond well amd at times are agressive when can't find their own community in their list to initiate a service request. Quote unquote by service guys 'Know your community name first and then call for service request' I am very well aware of my communuty name I am a new home owner. They cant find their own builder's community and be very rude.

Overall, we had a decent experience. My husband is a contractor and can confirm the majority of the workmanship and materials is excellent. We did experience issues with shortcuts being taken on finish work and it is my advice to be VERY involved, take LOTS of pictures and communicate concerns in writing the minute they occur. I do wish we had insisted on power to the home for the final walk through - we could have avoided things like appliances not working correctly and outlets that were not connected. The design studio is fabulous! BUT - know your prices - there are things they offer (e.g. front door lock upgrades) that are inflated 300% - those things you can save $ and do yourself. Also - read everything - and I mean everything very carefully - we had to send back our design plan 4 times for corrections. The communication of the entire team - ALL people we interacted with throughout the buuying process was stellar! The sales team, job supt., finance dept, etc. all made sure we knew what to do. The fact is - with a new build there WILL be issues - count on it and know this. The key is to stay on top of post closing communication. I have learned that clear, kind and consistent communication and accountability helps get issues resolved. I do wish they were available for warranty work on weekends - we have had to miss a ton of work to deal with post closing issues. Plan accordingly. Overall - we would definitely work with KB homes again - I have family and friends who also had very good situations and experiences. As a first time home buyer , I went into this homeowner journey without a realtor and KB guided me all the way through. The staff in each department addressed all my concerns and thoroughly explained every step of the process. Thanks to the staff I feel confident and and very happy about the decision I made to purchase with KB.
