Bought an already completed home, great expereince with all staff including sales, construction and finance. Home has some quality issues but warranty team is quick to respond and repair.

Being an engineer who reviews plans every day, I can tell you that KB works with the best design professionals in the industry. Design documents for structural and AMEP systems were some of the best I've come across. Not only the design plans but the whole experience, starting from sales/marketing, loan processing through KB lending, construction of the home, the move-in, and consistent follow-up from the KB team has been truly amazing. Mark from sales, Jason from KB lending, Luis the superintendent on site have always been available and prompt to address every one of my questions and needs. I wanted to say how fast and easy the process was with buying a new home with KB for the first time. As first time home buyers, we were new to the process and unsure how to navigate certain things, however, the steps were easily explained by the team. The construction team was very responsive to our issues after moving in and made efforts and fixed things. We are happy with our home!

Everyone I worked with to buy my home was very helpful.

So many things wrong with the house. Sloppy workmanship on cabinets, baseboard, patio door and carpet. Getting so many appointments scheduled to fix things that should have been done right the first time is cutting into my work schedule and making it hard to get to doctors appointments. So I’m just done. I’m so tired of trying to schedule and reschedule these appointments and have people interfere with my workday that I will likely just leave many items as they are instead of having them fixed.

The staff at KB is first rate. They have been helpful and very responsive to any needs we have had. The floor plan was perfect for our needs.

Had an awesome experience with everyone from Joan with buying process to Dean, Rick, Cody with touring, customer service, responding in time to address our questions, concerns and going above and beyond to make us feel special. We love the KB team and would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

The place is a great upgrade from my old house.

The KB home buying experience was fast and easy, great people to work with the minute you walk through the door to the very end, at closing. Love the homes. The location is beautiful, and the new neighborhood is wonderful, the sales staff and contractor are so helpful.

As the first person to move into this community, I can responsibly say that everyone is very nice. Very enthusiastic. Helped us with a lot of difficulties. Also provided us with very much help. I can say that I watched them build up this community little by little. The speed and the neatness of the work are very much recognized. Thank you very much.

Easy purchase home, customer service give a lot helpful information

I am very happy with the home and the neighborhood so far. The best thing was having been able to include all appliances and slab of concrete on the back patio to avoid having to do that after the move. Having to landscape all the dirt and make changes to the front yard has been the most costly and challenging but after it was all done I was glad I had the opportunity to create my home to fit our needs. My child and I can get the support we need right in our environment without needing to go too far and we can entertain our friends much easier.

JODIE HILL SELLER AGENT IS VERY QUICK ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND SHE IS VERY NICE PERSON EASY TO DEAL WITH LEONARDO SUPERVISOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION HE IS EXCELLENT. HE SHOWS HE CARE WHAT HE DOES FOR OUR HOMES.NEVER HAVE ISSUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. ONE OF THE BREAKER FOR BEHIND REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING . IT WAS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Very happy with the service and the experiences with the home loan and sales process provided by the KB Home team. Also very happy with the construction and how well the house looked during our walk thru.

5 Stars for Jean, Justin, Kyle with the customer service team. He has a quick response time and coordinates with well with vendors to get issues resolved. 5 stars to the sales team (Lizette). The 2 stars is for the the people who handled the final documents and management team, who I was told would contact me when I had issues with closing documents, but I never heard from them. No need to contact me now, since the documents were signed and we been living in our home for about 2 months now.
