Easy peasy to buy home. Every one working for KB homes were excellent!

I want to send a shout out to Hope and Heather for assisting me and helping me accomplish my goal. They were 110% supportive always took my phone calls and coached me with really good advice for the first time. I actually felt like somebody was on my team and it feels really good when you’re going through the process of purchasing a home thank you Heather and Hope, you guys are amazing. I couldn’t have done it without you guys.

KB has checked all of our boxes. I have a big family my wife and 4 kids. Trying to find a home that fits all of our needs for the right price was tough. KB provided us with multiple options and we was able to find our dream home. 5 Bedrooms 3 Baths with a loft and big backyard. For a first time home buyer KB has made the home buying process very smooth and easy. They walked us through every step and answered all of our questions. If there was any problems that came up, KB's team took care of it right away. Thank you again KB Homes for providing us our Dream Home!

Happy we decided to go with KB Homes. The process was made easy and simple with their available resources and teams. Walker was an expert in selling, while Tony was an expert in managing the building of our home. We also used their loan services and Melanie, our representative was wonderful to work with.

Carlos and Rod have been really helpful, we moved in late December and had minor Details with our electric, they both made sure everything was well taken care of. Very responsive when I called them.

From my initial viewing and throughout my decision to buy everyone was on top of my requests. I had no trouble getting in touch with the various players at every stage of the purchase and build.

The people working for KB are great. The Sales team was amazing and always kept us informed. After move in the Customer Service team was great addressing issues in a timely manner.

All the people that I worked with were very great to work with. My english is not that good and so had to say the same thing over and over again, but they were still very patient with my english and were very helpful. I worked with Kelly, William, Rosanna, Michael, and others and they were all very helpful and working with them was great. Selling my old property was taking longer because I had to fix some issues from the buyer's inspection report and so I was kind of late in working on getting a loan, but they didn't pressure me at all, but was all the more just willing to help me to get everything worked out in the end. Overall I had a pleasant experience with KB Homes. From the time I first set foot in the sales office, everyone was very welcoming and kind. You would think that is only because they want your business and while that is a big part of it, I did sense that it went beyond that. Every single person from sales to the lender to the builder on site took care of me. I really did feel like part of the local KB family. I have had new homes before and it was never as warm and welcoming as this was. It was a treat to go into the design studio and choose my decor (although I do wish there were more choices). And when I changed my mind it was not a big deal, they happily changed it. Meeting the team who actually built the home was great too. The construction foreman and workers never minded my questions and openly showed me their work. I never felt that they were being sneaky or just slapping up another house. Was there things that could have been done better- of course but they are minor cosmetic things. The loan process was the most stressful but even then, the team handled it with professionalism, finding a loan term that fit my budget. I will say the only blemish on this review is KB corporate. They are in the business of selling houses no matter what it takes and it shows. They rushed deadlines and got pushy with even their workers whom they viewed as dispensable and for that I would knock down a few stars for. Hands down, the easiest and best home buying experience. We highly recommend KB Homes for all home buyers. They are very punctual, extremely nice and beyond helpful. We’re first time home owners and out of all the other company’s we could’ve bought a home from, KB won us over. Even the builders (Travis and his team) has gone above and beyond for us when needed.

The purchase was very easy and the same until we move in I am satisfied with the price of the house. The builder team was exelent, Tony the manager and his team are very profecional and respond fast and fix the request

Our KB home has been nothing but great. We had a few minor issues when we moved in but KB resolved them quickly
