Everyone was very communicative. We were treated very well. The house is very beautiful. Although I wish they took care of some of the wood work a little better (baseboards and doors). Some came chipped or damaged. But the maintenance team is good too. Great experience

We bought a nice home in a nice neighbor hood at a fair price with a great interest rate for the time we bought it.

I enjoyed each step of the way in our home buying process! We started working with Mark in the sales department and he showed excellent customer service, took time to explain each process of home buying and very detailed orientated in what we were buying. Afterwards, we worked a lot with Brian from Finance, he was very knowledgeable about the finance side and helped us along the way to finance our mortgage. His customer service was also excellent. Then, we met Dave and Barry. They are the top notch at what they do. They went above and beyond explaining the built of the house, the inspections that goes along with the building process, and Dave would help out when we needed him to go back to check on our walls and garbage disposal. Dave also went out of his way to help us move furniture when my husband couldn't do it himself. Barry helped with making sure we were satisfied with the house and he was always prompt when I need to ask a question. Lastly, Travis kept us informed weekly on our home building progress. I recently purchased a house for the first time. While there were some challenges along the way, the individuals who assisted us throughout the process were truly exceptional.

My overall home buying experience was great. I had direct contact with builders representatives and sales representatives. They always responded to my questions with a positive attitude. The builders team was very knowledgeable and resourceful.

The process started off a little rocky however Liset turned it around. She was very personable and tried to learn more about what made me happy and didn’t stop until I closed. Finance could use some work.

The entire process from initial purchase to final move -in was very easy.The builder’s team did what they promised. They updated and responded to us in a timely fashion. Home buying can be quite stressful but KB made the process less so.

KB made the experience great the entire time. They have the best sales team and customer service team even after you close. They also were willing to give us more credits towards closing than any other builder we dealt with and accepted a lower asking price than the listed price. Thanks KB

Though buying a brand new house and waiting for it to be finally ready can be stressful due to not having a firm completion date, my overall experience has been positive. All involved were professional, knowledgable, and responsive in a timely fashion. I was kept up on the progress and asked frequently if I had questions or concerns. I am enjoying my home and look forward to spending many years here.
