Overall I am happy with the quality of the home. I have had no major issues with the build. Had some minor issues that KB builders addressed quickly. I have always received support in a professional and prompt manner. I have had an emergency where my breakers were stolen. KB took action and responded swiftly getting me replacements within 2 hours when breaker supplies were scarce due to the pandemic. I would evaluate KB as a high-quality builder.

House is beautiful, was delivered close enough to on-time. KB Homes Finance department/lending department is the best! Big shoutout to them. Also Handel and Jesse their customer service folks are wonderful. Very happy with my new KB Home.

Constructions are precisionally done. Internal and external are professionally done. Need to pay attention to the precise fits of the covers to the utility box and air filter grill frames (not twist fits). I will give KB 9.9 out of 10.

Although, I felt that it took forever for the home to get completed, when I moved in, I felt that it was right on time. I am still experiencing the home buying experiencing with the behind the scene work. They are still making things happen for me with various vendors and the overall quality of their customer service. There were so many things wrong with this house when I moved in. Kelly and Mike helped resolve so many of the issues.Kevin from Customer Service came out twice and fixed things.My biggest complaint was the poor grading of the back yard.I had a mud swamp
