I’ve watched many renovation shows where the homeowner ran into unexpected expenses when renovating their home. Being the first owner means you know the home is built to code and nobody cut any corners. You’ll save money in the long run because your house was built right the first time.

KB home is was amazing throughout the process. I am a first time home buyer and I could had not chosen anything better than KB home as my first home purchase. I got constant updates on how the house was coming along. Nothing beats seeing your dream home being built right in front of your eyes.

Great house, great location, wish there was more attention paid to details of craftsmanship

KB was very attentive to all of our questions and took the time to walk us through our options for purchase with no hassle. Mick was with us from build to move-in and beyond and Pam made sure we were getting the best service and attention!

Sarah in the sales office was amazing. Roger superintentent of construction was awesome as well. Lots of flaws in the KB designs ithat they didnt care to fix for me. Received crappy counter top design that they didnt care to make right. Will have to fix myself.

KB were great. Everyone gave great customer service and were a call away.

Throughout the home buying process there were delays but all in all was a reputable. Thank you for your help and customer service.

The home is great, the neighborhood is great, and we got everything we asked for. However during and after the closing process it extremely difficult to get anyone to address our concerns (closing documents, needed small repairs/overlooked flaws, etc.).

Jodie at the office was Super friendly and Steve the superintendent was great as well!! Always checking in even a month after move in.

There were some issues with small things when we moved in that we were able to get a quick resolution for. The KB Customer service team, especially Justin in Northpark, has been so responsive and helpful! I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the work, and I look forward to living here for a very long time. The price was a bit high compared to other houses nearby, but already the value has gone up so I can't complain. Thanks KB :)

I think with KB Homes having the whole buying experience inclusive within the process was helpful although not letting my Real estate agent communicate with the lenders was kind of frustrating. I had to learn the whole buying process alone through out steps with my agent in the background advising me. So there was a lot of back and forth. But at the end everything turned out great and I am really happy with my new home! Also the design studio with Jennifer and the ladies that helped me was probably the best part! They are very helpful with selecting and putting the designs together. Overall I am impressed with the sales person Lizette, the builder Ricky, and happy we worked out the final interest rate. ... The whole team made our first home buying experience incredible! I felt empowered and confident with the decisions I made because everyone was gracious enough to support us.
