Bought a "model" home. After moving in, I have a huge list of repairs needed and am still unable to use some of the upgrades I paid for. This is my 3rd house purchase, 2nd new construction purchase and the worst home buying experience. I am extremely disappointed with KB Home.

Fantastic team of Pros who communicate well and were able to give a homebuyer the attention needed during Covid. Although it took a little longer to get to the build, the home is worth the wait.

DO NOT BE AFRAID TO BUY A NEW HOME, TRY AND APPLY WITH KB, SOME TIMES WE ARE AFRAID TO BUY A NEW HOUSE AND WE APLLY ONLY FOR OLD HOUSES

We were very fortunate in that we were able to purchase a model home and everything was completed by the time that we moved in. However, make sure to inspect your home as frequently as possible. There were/still are many issues that have seemed to arise from the house being completed very quickly and early on. While KB has been AWESOME as responding to all of these issues thus far as they have come up, there are were/are many nagging things (and one BIG thing) that had/has to be fixed before we feel really able to settle in. Don't get me wrong, we love our home, but do your due diligence.

KB Home Builders are the best. Their team of professionals- from Sales Agent, The Studio Design, Loan Officers & the Superintendent who watches our home building are thorough and right on time. They took us hand by hand from purchasing, seeing an empty dirt lot to a very sophisticated and very functional high tech home. They are built sound and well and are so concern about every aspect of our home journey, that it felt like I was home with family who cares about us.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE THE HOUSE. But there was need to fix. I HAVE ELECTRICAL ISSUES NEED TO BE REPAIR AT MY KITCHEN AREA, THE ADDRESS LIGHT NOT WORK OFF DURING THE NIGHT, BACK PATIO ELECTRIC SOCKET LOOSE, BATH ROOM MIRROR LOOSE....KB HOME PLEASE FIX MY HOUSE.

Overall a great buying experience from everyone involved.

We love kb homes! And our sales rep! We just have problems with the construction manager since he had promised that he would get our sliding door fixed before moving in, but 2 months later it’s not fixed yet. But overall great! My sales rep Was amazing! She helped up with the house buying process since it was our first home!

From the very beginning when dealing with the sales rep Lizette my experience was fantastic. She was excellent when it came to dealing with my realtor. Lizette answered the phone anytime I called with questions. She keep us up to date with everything that was going on with our home. Till this day she continues to call and follow up. The foreman in charge (Ricky) is an amazing dude. Any questions I had he was there with a quick response. Anything I needed touched up or fixed he was on top of it! I also can’t forget about Jean! His customer service is the best I’ve dealt with. Whenever he is around the neighborhood he swings by and makes sure we are satisfied with our home. ... More

We love our new home. however there's been some issues and trying to get the builder to take care of it in a timely manner is proving to be difficult.

KB homes made my dreams come true! Let them help you achieve your dreams!

I would HIGHLY recommend using your own lender along and make sure you are on top of them because they dropped the ball A ALOT.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service from all the KB Staff that has worked with us. Mark from the sales office was extremely kind and helpful throughout the home buying process. He was always available to help answer any of our questions. Once we moved in there were a few items which needed to be addressed, but Handel from KB Customer Service was awesome and made sure all our service request were taken care of in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service from KB Northpark in Ontario and we are very happy with our new home!

we have purchased several new homes and KB Homes above all of the rest was superior in everything they did from sales to the finished product.

A few issue we had to contact the warranty people. Quick response. Could be better if they discovered the issue And fix it before closing.

Not too bad, a little hiccups here and there which was resolved by some calls.

Our purchase experience with KB was exceptional. They build a quality home, we had very few “to do” items after we closed and KB responded and quickly fixed those when we contacted them. We had a very quick escrow and our sales person was in constant contact the whole time.

I would advise other buyer to be alert. Pay attention during the building process to avoid issues like I have been dealing with. Ensure everything is built correctly. Be involved, and ask questions.
