Preapproval process was terrible thru KB. Was approved fully thru my lender and was told that I’m going to loose my house because I wasn’t qualified enough. KB lender could care less had to basically show the money and then there attitude changed. Then when I came to building my house was one of the first houses started and took longer to build than others. Was told it was because of no being able to get supplies and was given every excuse in the book. I was told the house being able to close escrow was being pushed back because of certain supplies not being available even though they were ...

I would HIGHLY recommend using your own lender along and make sure you are on top of them because they dropped the ball A ALOT.

House was 3months late and was dirty didn't clean alot of issues with house paint broken window garage is a mess leaking breaker pooping just bad work all around I was promised to fix garage never fixed it saying they can't.....

The doors are crack and they just trying covering and the floor has little dots of paint and the walls have touch ups as well and if it’s a brand new home everything has to be new no tounch ups

Horrible sales experience with Kelly. Constant miscommunication with superintendent Daniel. Major issues with home finish interior & exterior. Sewer backup with 2 weeks of move in 3 calls to customer service and had to call our own plumber. Island counter top broken at install, major drywall issues, garbage disposal outlet not hooked up, dryer outlet not working, block wall damage. Tub & shower damage. Stucco damage. Agent disappeared after her name was on the contract that got her the commission. Senior leadership supported her behavior and defended it when questioned .
