for the first time as new home buyer i am satisfied with my decision ..

My wife and I had originally planned on buying in the Westpark community but were never given a build date even though we were guaranteed a home by July. Once we were referred to the pepper tree community the customer service we received was a huge difference from that of westpark. Jody and Steve have been amazing through out the transfer process and attentive to all our needs.

The material and appliance selections are of great quality. While we've encountered a few minor issues, KB has been relatively quick to responding to our concerns.

I have had a wonderful experience from everyone at KB Homes. From the sales staff, loan department, and contractors, I have had a great experience across the board. The staff has been very proactive in contacting me, and any issues have been resolved quickly.

KB makes the home-buying process easy. Everything was explained clearly and we were taken through the process with a expert all of the way.

We love the house. I know with covin19 things took a little longer to get fixed than probably would have under normal circumstances.

We cannot be happier with the home we purchased. There have been a few glitches, but they were quickly resolved and the contractors are consistently staying in touch with us to ensure that everything within our home is working correctly. The staff here in Fontana could not have been nicer or more attentive than they have been. There was only problems with the finance department, but everybody else was amazing to work with.

Every representative from KB was great and provided me excellent service. Jodi (Sales) Steve ( Managment) Jody ( Maintenance ) all exceeded my expectations. They all made my home buying experience a little less stressful thanks again to the KB team.

A truly memorable experience, from the first step to the last. We loved watching our home being built!

Jeff was great to work with. He was very thorough throughout the entire process especially on the final walk through. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and we still are able to contact him for issues months after we moved in.

KB homes compared to other homes in the Ontario Ranch area have large lots and spacious interior floor plans. The home has smart features and makes for comfortable living. Karen, the sales consultant, was experienced, informed, and very patient. She responded quickly to all of my concerns and needs. With the help from Karen, my realtor's assistance, my lender, and the title company, I am now a home owner! Thank you for making an affordable and spacious home built to last.

New construction house still can find several things need to be reworked/ repaired. Ex. ceiling LED lights falling, missing cabinet shelf, drill holes, uneven wall, leaking sprinkler, and crack driveway due to the Community concrete work.

The sales office is very helpful, Michael sent house video & photos to me regularly to update the building process. He replied all my questions very fast.

Our experience w/ KB has been exceptional from the standpoint of sale office presentation and customer appreciation. Our observation and recommendations during the loan process would be to incorporate a client checklist, w/ quality assurance check-points to evaluate how the customers needs are being met from loan documentation request, to escrow signing. Please build in more lead time into the collection of documents for closing, and continuous feedback from loan processors.

Make sure you check every little detail. Homes are built with quality but installers cut corners like it’s the thing too do.

Everyone was very helpful through every step of the process.

Even through this pandemic, my experience with kb homes went very smoothly.

Overall value is good, but minor issues are being found the longer we live in the home.

Disappointed to have a brand new house that has such poor workmanship. Seems there is no oversight of contractors and customer service team has to play clean up. Door casings are not straight, walls are not flat, corners not square. I can go on and on. Disappointed would sum it up.

Friendly sales staff, comprehensive package with many options available. We are very happy with our new one story home in Autumn Winds.
