Our lender Juan and Mary were great help throughout the entire process, even when we hit some bumps. Nancy and Rick made the walkthroughs an amazing experience, answering every question we had and explaining everything in detail. Great communication from the company, so happy with our home.

Great customer service. Had a plumber issue with in a few weeks of moving in. Plumber came out within minutes of making the call and took care of the issue. Plumber noticed that personal bath towel were used to clean the mess and took it and took it upon himself to go to target and buy new bath towels for us.

We love our new home. Beautifully designed and complemented with amazing features. We would recommend KB homes to future home buyers.The property mgt team was excellent before and after move in which was helpful. We truly appreciate our home purchase and enjoyed the process. Horrible sales experience with Kelly. Constant miscommunication with superintendent Daniel. Major issues with home finish interior & exterior. Sewer backup with 2 weeks of move in 3 calls to customer service and had to call our own plumber. Island counter top broken at install, major drywall issues, garbage disposal outlet not hooked up, dryer outlet not working, block wall damage. Tub & shower damage. Stucco damage. Sewer clean out in garage above grade and trip hazard. Customer service reps entering backyard without permission or consent with dog on premises. KB customer service rep has been at home every week since we moved in 1 1/2 months ago for repairs, with still ongoing issues not resolved. Have to move out of home for 5 days for repairs on ceiling drywall that delayed us getting our keys 5 days after close of escrow, but was not completed as superintendent stated it would be. Rushed fixed. I would not recommend KB homes to anyone. ... More

Daniel made this experience GREAT!

Things happened after we moved in 2 weeks. 1. My garage floor concrete is cracking. 2. The sides of the windows have cracked. 3. The sprinkler system is running irregularly. I have reported these issues to customer service but nothing has been resolved.

We love many things about the home. It is very efficient with energy and water and is very easy to clean and maintain.

The over all home buying experience was great. Craftsmanship of the home was excellent. I was surprised to see that the home was very well built with great materials

My Kb home is a quality built home. I'm very happy with the construction and details to the finish work. The sales team (Mark and Kristal) are always happy to help with your questions. It was nice to receive weekly status updates when my home was being built. After move in the service at my home from Juan has been great. He goes out of his way to make sure that your needs and questions are taken care of. While our remaining track of homes is still under construction Kb has 24/7 security service to watch over our new neighborhood.

I did have a few issues like the irrigation system not working from the start and needing a new valve. Also, the shower in the guest bedroom started leaking and it seemed to have been missing a part. However, all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Thank you

Have had really good service when there are issue there fast to resolve them.

Everything was smooth sailing on buying the house processing so I like to thank Hope and Tracy. Especially my man realtor John. But what i hate about this is my solar panels haven't activated for atleast 2 months and still going on. They also file bankruptcy and i am more bummed out so I'm not sure what's gonna happen

KB warranty is very good.
