there is nothing i wish to add now

Stephen our agent was always attentive to our needs and answered any questions we had. The one thing that still has not been resolved is that our electric meter reads "Error 4". Which possibly may be a battery back up issue. We don't know how to get Cailf. Edison Co. to look at it. There is nothing on their website that we can request help for this issue.This is very frustrating. Even Scott doesn't know what to do. Can someone please resolve this for us. Thank you.

Everyone was so helpful and supportive. If I had any questions there was always someone happy to help every step of the way.

We really enjoyed the 2 week fix anything policy and everyone was very helpful in ensuring we were happy with our new home!

The people are professional and respectful.

The buying process was simple and pleasant. Our selling agent was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. The Superintendent of the job site was very on top of everything and quick to respond when concerns came up. The only downside was the changing of our move-in date due to weather and material back order, other than that everything was great and would recommend others to purchase from Kb.

The overall home buying experience is very good, and the service after delivery is also very good. I will recommend kb's house to my friends nearby.

The superintendent and construction team specifically has been there for every single question or issue I may have had, and they responded fast and efficient. Mike (sale counselor) was amazing during the whole buying process. He was responsive at all times and days. He ensured to look into any questions I had and provide a timely response or forward requested information. Even after the sale office closed, he still ensured to stay in touch and provide support as needed. Robert and Harrison have been following up with me since the construction was completed and sending pictures. Don't be afraid to ask questions from your agent as they answered all of my question regardless of time of day it was. they are super helpful and with you every step of the way. Overall, my home-buying experience was a positive one, and I'm so happy to finally be a in my new home.

We are going to our second month and everything was fine (i suppose). There were few minor problems but manageable. Until this week my son discovered water spurting out from the flooring of his bathroom every step he made. We called the engineer. The plumber came, sawn a good portion of the wall to expose the pipes, and discovered a nail panctured a pipe, making water drip down to the flooring. So it has been dripping since the house was completed. So the whole bathroom flooring are taken out, drain the water out and fan the floor under for 3 days. A day prior the back glass window cracked. A styrofoam by the front door pane is also chipping off. And God knows what else we gonna discover as days go by. Thankfully, Engineer Jody responded and personally visited our place right away and sent people to start fixing the problem. ... More

I was really excited with the completion of my home but upon moving in, I feel the house was cheaply built. You can hear water going through the pipes when the bathroom and toilet is used. Some of the phone and cable wiring wasn't completed they just left it out. I have only one phone and internet port which was in the bedroom kind of ridiculous. The design studio should do a better job explaining upgrades. I would have loved to have higher ceilings and a bigger entry way rather than the standard to make moving furniture and appliances easier. Also main office team do not want to engage you in negotiating how you would want certain aspects of the house done if you have concerns. They just delay and dodge your emails for days. I really wish I had a better experience. But I must say the building supervisors have really nice personality but they are restricted to how much help they can offer you. ... More

Everyone was great and it was a great experience

Great Customer Service. Very happy with the service KB has provided us.

As with any escrow there were some minor issues that came up. The big problem was the closing. Everyone at KB knew from day one what my drop dead move out date was for the home I sold and I was told no problem. Then I was told on the last weekday before closing that if I provided the closing statement and full down payment by Monday that I would be able to close late Monday and pick up the keys. I provided what thy asked for before 9am on Monday and was told everything was going smoothly. A couple of hours later I was told I may not be able to get the keys until Tuesday, which I could live with. We had taken Monday off in order to be available to sign paperwork and pick up the keys. Once they confirmed that we wouldn't get the keys on Monday we went into work. Shortly after I arrived I received a call saying that things worked out and we could sign and get the keys, so I headed home so we could drive up to Corona (an almost 2 hour drive for us), then the calls started coming in about every half an hour to 45 minutes changing from we can to we can't and back to we can again. This continued until about 2pm when I finally decided we had better start driving just in case we can complete everything. When we were about 15 minutes from the escrow company I received a call from them saying that they had been copied on all of the emails from earlier in the day and that they had no clue why they were telling me it would close as they still hadn't received the paperwork and nobody was communicating with them about it. I was told that the earliest they could do it was Tuesday and that we wouldn't be able to pick up keys until Thursday (Thursday is 2 days after I was to turn possession of my home over the the new owners). We turned around and started heading home while also calling KB who told us that we were definitely closing today and to ignore what escrow was telling me. So once again we turned around and started heading for escrow. Just as we parked in their parking lot I received a call from KB saying that we can sign the paperwork, but won't receive the keys until Thursday. Had we know this we would not have driven to Corona to sign as the original plan was for KB's notary to come to our home to sign everything. It was a little before 4pm when we arrived at escrow who closes at 5pm. I then had phone calls with the KB home loan rep, her direct supervisor and a couple of other people from KB who all refused to turn keys over as promised. I had been told the reason I couldn't get them on Tues was because it was too late and that I couldn't get them on Weds because it was a holiday. I found out later that the real reason was because the sales agent had already gone home for the day and that Weds was her day off and apparently nobody else at KB knows how to turn keys over) Finally the manager of the escrow company offered to call KB corporate office and get someone who could help as I was refusing to sign and was ready to back out of the deal altogether if I wasn't getting keys as promised. Went back and forth with that person for a while who was also refusing to guarantee I could get the keys. About 4:45pm I told him that I was walking out the door unless he sent me an email stating that if I signed the paperwork that I could pick up the keys and he said that I had to sign before he would. I then told him that if I signed that I lost any leverage I had of getting the keys and he said I already had lost my leverage as it was almost 5pm. I then reminded him that this particular home had already fallen out of escrow once before we made an offer and that while I realized I would loose my earnest money that I would still have plenty of money from the sale of my current home to purhase one from one of their competitors. Within in minutes I had the email guaranteeing me the keys that night and we finally closed. ... More

We love our new KB home. KBs team did a fantastic job, from the beginning up to when we received our keys. They answered all of our questions and went out of their way to accommodate our appointments because we lived over an hour away. Our home is beautiful, we have not had any issues, I highly recommend KB and their agents when searching for your next home.
