Overall it was a okay buying process. The beginning with the sales rep, was very hectic, and unprofessional. After the home was purchased Scott has been great with reaching out to me and making sure everything is good in the home. The only negative part was during the actual buying process. Everything else is great.

The sales rep, design studio and customer service rep were nice and helpful.

The initial shock of what the home doesnt come with was difficult to accept after visiting the design center. By that time they have your deposit, so theres no going back of you dont want to give away money. The sales people at the actual neighborhood site are amazing and bend over backwards for you. That is for sure! But the KB Home finance was a true horror show. Every conversation, every interaction was like pulling teeth and nothing was conducted the way it usually is with a finance group. Oh the nightmare. What a bunch of newbs. The title office, on the other hand, was amazing! So what is NOT included with the house, (that we think should be without being charged extra) is: cabinets in the laundry room, nickel plumbing fixtures, nickel shower enclosure in master, luxury vinyl in the living room (instead of carpet), hardware on kitchen cabinets, elongated toilets, pendant lights at kitchen island, fans in living and master. I will say that we are super impressed with the home insulation. Its by far the best insulation we've had...and we've lived in a lot of homes. The person who was supposed to check in on us after 30 days from movein asked my husband how things were after 5 or 6 days. I havent met the guy and wish I had cuz we need him now...nowhere to be seen and its been almost 2 months. Wish i had his number. You cant check on people's houses when theyre not even unpacked or moved in yet. Not great customer service after the fact. ... More

Buying a home with KB was very quick and pleasant!

After one year, KB finally handed over the house to me! The house is large and the backyard is moderate in size. The overall price of the house is 5% lower than the contract signed a year ago, reducing my financial burden. The new house is equipped with solar energy, which is very environmentally friendly, with various household equipment, and the overall price of the house is relatively high. The minus point is that the quality of the doors and windows is average, and a few switches are broken, which have been reported to KB and are waiting for repairs!

The sales staff was great, but the KH financing could use a tune up. The home is in good shape overall but it definitely shows the rush to complete in the loss of quality in craftsmanship. The issue is obvious, built fast and too many for proper oversight on the work done. But no major issues, so that's a big plus. Response to warranty repairs is also good.

From the sales team to the finance/mortgage team, everyone was very responsive to even the most repetitive questions. It was a very uncertain market in 2022 but I can honestly say I felt like everyone was working for and with us, not against us. First time home buyer and the process was made easy. The level of service was very high up to the close and extends beyond as issue have come up, the KB team has time and time again made it right. Not a perfect experience but one I would recommend to others.

Home is delivered in time and Sales team co-ordinated very well through out the process. Kudos to the team. Move in was smooth and the same quality of service continue through customer service team. Thank you for the team for prompt responses and timely fixing things.

Customer Service Rob and Contraction Manager Kevin are really nice people and giving me a great support. KB Loan sold my loan to US Bank, and US Bank is terrible in Customer Service. I had a terrible with US Bank this morning 7/13.

Our interactions with the sales office and construction superintendent has been great/off the charts. However, the quality of construction has left something to be desired.

We are happy with the home and love the community

Everything was great until I found a crack down the middle of my front por ch. I was concerned about the comet made after that that I should just wait cuz I'll get cracks all over the place as the house settles. Before that everything have been wonderful. now I'm concerned about the cracks in the drywall and everything else that's going to happen.

Excellent customer service however, noticed that workmanship and quality of materials are not really good.

Patience, flexibility, and follow through.

The communication needs to be better. There will be contractors knocking at your door, they'll be scheduled with the builder, but not the homeowner. Things were forgotten on the build, the manpower and materials aren't there to accommodate issues that pop up.

The experience was okay. Still have some questions about the garage concrete that I have not gotten paperwork for. Also would have like to see more quality checks before closing and better communication within your team.

Still do not have mail box key after over 2 months living in the house. Late for closing day after paying for weeks All mails including bills kept at U S P O all this time, had to pay late fees Flooring upstairs and down stair were not installed properly had to strip out and reinstall after almost a month moving in, toilet clogged when first move in. Ants were all over the house. However, Robert who is KB customer care representative helped solved most problems after closing

Multiple issues that are not getting fixed.horrible quality checkers, sloppy all over.
