Customer Service was outstanding. Bryon truly cares about what the buyer wants. The process was very smooth and if there were any delays etc. he would let you know right away. The Design Studio was excellent in making sure what personal touches you wanted to add but keeping you within your budget. Rocky, Rob and their whole team go above and beyond to ensure the homeowner are satisfied.

The staffs are friendly and professional. They will listen and answer my inquiries. They are very helpful on selecting items on upgrading my house.

Very reasonably priced for new builds. Low maintenance, solar included

I had great experience with everyone that dealt with. KB Homes has really great people working for them.

I think the value of the house is great. And every employee I cross path with I fell they are trustworthy.

Smart investment

Relatively okay, but I am still not understand the appliances delivered with the home. Cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher, but no refrigerator, why ? I asked this on day one, they said people have different preferences. This doesn’t make sense. You can provide coupon to home buyers if you are serious. Take a survey and work on it.

Nice home, very comfortable, sales and construction crews friendly and helpful. Underwriters asked for information which in our estimation should have been easily obtained by them, but insisted we supply to them.

Great workmanship

Buying a home was a good experience overall. Although there was some confusion at the beginning—especially around the sale process—the team eventually handled things well. The loan department and customer service other departments were helpful, and they worked to clear up the issues. In the end, they made the overall experience pretty smooth and positive.

The loan experience was somewhat rough. I felt like I could not get straight answer from the KB Home loan department. My date kept being pushed out which was a pain. The customer service from the sales, design customer care was fantastic and Chad still keeps in touch.

Home buying process was easy and went smooth. With that said, KB Home Loans are not even competitive with their rates. We were given a $15k closing cost credit to assist with buying down the rate and the entire $15k had to be used to get anywhere near other loan companies with no buy down. Materials on the house were also decent but it seems as if the house was made in a rush. Attention to detail was not given on a good amount of items in the house. During the first 30 days we had an individual in the community to assist with anything that was wrong before we had to use the actual warranty process and that individual was over almost everyday to fix small things in the house. ... There were a number of issues with the home and most of them were addressed quickly.

Overall it was a okay buying process. The beginning with the sales rep, was very hectic, and unprofessional. After the home was purchased Scott has been great with reaching out to me and making sure everything is good in the home. The only negative part was during the actual buying process. Everything else is great.

The sales rep, design studio and customer service rep were nice and helpful.

The initial shock of what the home doesnt come with was difficult to accept after visiting the design center. By that time they have your deposit, so theres no going back of you dont want to give away money. The sales people at the actual neighborhood site are amazing and bend over backwards for you. That is for sure! But the KB Home finance was a true horror show. Every conversation, every interaction was like pulling teeth and nothing was conducted the way it usually is with a finance group. Oh the nightmare. What a bunch of newbs. The title office, on the other hand, was amazing! So what is NOT included with the house, (that we think should be without being charged extra) is: cabinets in the laundry room, nickel plumbing fixtures, nickel shower enclosure in master, luxury vinyl in the living room (instead of carpet), hardware on kitchen cabinets, elongated toilets, pendant lights at kitchen island, fans in living and master. I will say that we are super impressed with the home insulation. Its by far the best insulation we've had...and we've lived in a lot of homes. The person who was supposed to check in on us after 30 days from movein asked my husband how things were after 5 or 6 days. I havent met the guy and wish I had cuz we need him now...nowhere to be seen and its been almost 2 months. Wish i had his number. You cant check on people's houses when theyre not even unpacked or moved in yet. Not great customer service after the fact. ... More
