I had a great experience thru the whole process. As a first time home buyer it was great to be given help by Liz the sales representative at preserves. I wouldn’t be a homeowner today without the detailed step by step plan that we were given. Rachel was a great help when choosing the design elements in our home. Surprisingly the design store had a lot of good free choices that compliment each other as well as reasonable upgrade choices. The building crew was very transparent Sam took us thru the hours when it was just foundation and beams. Ned took us thru the finished product and showed us how everything operated and best care practices. And Chad has followed up with us to make sure everything is still well. My wife and I have had an amazing experience buying a home through KB! From the sales agents to the superintendents, everyone has been quick to respond, easy to collaborate with and responsive to any issues during and after construction. They really want to make their customers happy versus other companies that just want to sell you their package. KB also offers a design studio which is falling out of fashion. So, being able to pick a lot, design a house and see the finished product has been a once in a lifetime experience and we loved every minute of it! We would definitely buy from KB again.

Smooth and easy process with professional staff

My overall experience with KB Home was challenging from start to finish. I did not feel fully valued as a customer at any point in the process. My concerns were often dismissed or addressed only after repeated follow-ups. The communication between sales, construction, and the design studio was inconsistent and caused avoidable delays and mistakes. I also faced financial stress because of incorrect information from the loan officer, which forced me to seek new financing at the last minute to avoid losing my earnest money. The construction team delivered a home with solid workmanship and clean finishes. Anytime I had a question or noticed something that needed attention, they responded quickly and took care of it without hassle. It was a great first time home buying experience for my wife and I. The KB office in our neighborhood was open and available whenever we had questions. Once we began the building process, we were sent updates every step along the way. They answered our many questions when they arose very quickly. They explained the construction process I great detail to put our worries at ease. Overall, we highly recommend KB homes in terms of quality and affordability.

My wife and I can truly say our experience purchasing our lot and building our house was truly amazing. From the upgrade and design to the building process we were weekly updated . Upon completion we were signed off by John and he was so patient. There are minor issues but Rob our concierge always come to the rescue. Our sales headed by Dale and Courtney plus Mitch , Rodrigo and John saw to it that all our requests were given attention. The loans officer , Jim tried his best . Overall experience , we give them 5 Stars . Thank you KB Homes for bringing our dream house into reality.
