We had a wonderful sales rep, Yolanda that was knowledgeable and patient with all our first time home buyer questions. She kept us updated and in the loop on the construction weekly and explained clearly how the process worked. Also Marcus our loan officer through KB was very responsive to our text and calls, he helped us get a loan that worked for us. Overall very satisfied with purchase.

The KB team has been a pleasure to work with during the process of purchasing a new home. From the moment we walked into the sales office and were met with smiles, professionalism, and industry knowledge we knew the team would be great to work with. We recently had our dream home built by KB Homes, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality exceeded our expectations at every stage.

When they deliver the property , process is unprofessional, didn’t like the way sales office did , I don’t even have my mailbox keys

Once I closed on the property and now moved on to working directly with the worker regarding warranties and all other matters- the entire experience became an absolute nightmare. I was mistreated because I scored the first part of my buying experience at 7 over 10- there’s an avid score system that KB send out to buyers after close of escrow. So from that point in order to get things done, including promises their employees made, I was required to first provide a score of 10 on their avid rating. I declined and expressed my concerns to upper management and was pretty curbed ever since. I sent out emails to their corporate office and that too made no difference at the time of this review. I even went as far to show text message communications between myself and their staff as factual evidence to support my claims - that’s too was swept under the rug. Currently, there 9 issue with my brand new home one of which is a huge concern for me- concrete with large pieces of metal pointing out that was hidden beneath bark by the builders. I have small children and fear possible lacerations to their foot areas if encountered. Currently waiting to see if the division president will follow through with having these issues fixed. ... I always dream of a bigger house since our kids are growing and they need their personal space As a father I have full filled my dreams from the time it was a land to a structure we came every week to look at the progress I cannot be any happier than what we got the only thing I hate is HOA I wish there was none of this,it seems like I am binded into a contract and it seems someone is watching you.

The perfect first family home! Good responsiveness, answered all my questions and kept me updated along the way.

Buying a home was a good experience overall. Although there was some confusion at the beginning—especially around the sale process—the team eventually handled things well. The loan department and customer service other departments were helpful, and they worked to clear up the issues. In the end, they made the overall experience pretty smooth and positive.

I have no problems with the sales representative and the home buying experience but I do have a problems with the materials/equipment of the house. My family and I just moved in 1st week of February 2025 and we already encountered problems with the dishwasher on our 2nd week and now, our garage door.

The loan experience was somewhat rough. I felt like I could not get straight answer from the KB Home loan department. My date kept being pushed out which was a pain. The customer service from the sales, design customer care was fantastic and Chad still keeps in touch.

Chad, the gentleman in charge of helping us with our warranty covered maintenance requests has been great. Him and his team have been incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. They are appreciated!

Great Experience with KB Team from Sales to Warranties Staff

I love my KB Home.

Lending process was horribly non-transparent. House is beautiful but had to get several things redone and then redone again. Feels like I keep finding things. Many times acted like it wasn’t their fault for things that obviously were their fault. James and Deborah (real estate agents) and Chad (maintenance/go to guy for all fixes) are cool!

Quality of the homes isn’t the best and checks are not properly completed prior to submitting the homes to the buyers. When issues arise, you won’t get a response. Emergency hotline is terrible as well.
