Great experience everyone was very helpful and fast responding to any inquiries I needed overall I was very pleased with our experience

The sales person was very helpful. I was disappointed with the fencing. The ground was not level so the fencing between neighbors is not even. They made the fence gates between neighbors higher then the other. The heights of the fences between the houses is high and low. Like the ground is uneven. There are gaps below the fence. I can’t even let the dog out for fear he will slip under the gate and get out. And the space on one side of the house is average and the other side is very narrow. The smaller side has the adjacent fence higher so we HAVE to put a retaining wall otherwise when it rain the mud will roll down and wash the dirt from under the fence and it will leave a gap. Some of the walls in the bathroom are flat paint while others are glossy. The carpet was supposed to be an upgrade but it looks cheap. More money was spent on padding for carpet than the carpet itself. The washroom did not come with any cabinets at ALL. The plants they put in the front yard were sporadically placed. And just random plants put in. I was told The home owners association was supposed to keep up the bark and weeds. We are paying almost $200 and yet the bark has no weed blocker laid down prior to placing the bark. And no one has come around to pull weeds. I have had to pull them myself. Overall it was a okay buying process. The beginning with the sales rep, was very hectic, and unprofessional. After the home was purchased Scott has been great with reaching out to me and making sure everything is good in the home. The only negative part was during the actual buying process. Everything else is great.

The entire process from purchase to move in was very streamlined and efficient. The home construction reflects high quality and value for money. The KB homes team was focused on the process at all times and super responsive. In a market where new homes typically come at a premium and used homes typically reflect value for money, KB homes offerings are very competitive and their service, support is an outstanding addition for busy families.

The buying process was amazing, issues that have come up seem to be fixed quickly. Waiting for more thing to be repaired

I am a first time home owner, and the team here (from sales to loan to warranty) are all amazing. They have been responsive and have helped me understand the process. Highly recommend!

The house is adequate. It is a cookie cutter house in a development. All the houses look the same and feel the same. I am satisfied that they did the job expected of them. Employees of KB are competent. Since I've never dealt with another new home builder, I don't know if the are better or worse than other.

The whole team from sales tea (Ben), to being able to review choices with with Emily, reviewing the home with Mike and fixing any minor repairs by Norm and his team, the experience had been wonderful.

Norm team was wonderful they asked us if everything was okay and they always called and asked if everything was good

The initial shock of what the home doesnt come with was difficult to accept after visiting the design center. By that time they have your deposit, so theres no going back of you dont want to give away money. The sales people at the actual neighborhood site are amazing and bend over backwards for you. That is for sure! But the KB Home finance was a true horror show. Every conversation, every interaction was like pulling teeth and nothing was conducted the way it usually is with a finance group. Oh the nightmare. What a bunch of newbs. The title office, on the other hand, was amazing! So what is NOT included with the house, (that we think should be without being charged extra) is: cabinets in the laundry room, nickel plumbing fixtures, nickel shower enclosure in master, luxury vinyl in the living room (instead of carpet), hardware on kitchen cabinets, elongated toilets, pendant lights at kitchen island, fans in living and master. I will say that we are super impressed with the home insulation. Its by far the best insulation we've had...and we've lived in a lot of homes. The person who was supposed to check in on us after 30 days from movein asked my husband how things were after 5 or 6 days. I havent met the guy and wish I had cuz we need him now...nowhere to be seen and its been almost 2 months. Wish i had his number. You cant check on people's houses when theyre not even unpacked or moved in yet. Not great customer service after the fact. ... More

KB homes was exceptional from the start of the process to the end. We had a great loan officer, Josh who held our hand through the money portion of this journey. He was exceptional. Nick from the sales office was knowledgeable and kept us informed from before the foundation was poured to giving us the keys! I would recommend KB homes to anyone who wanted to buy a house. Great experience buying a house if it was the easy more people would buy houses!

Customer service was decent in the beginning, sales agent was horrible, lots of re work having to be done to our home due to error one the KB side. Still has not been the greatest experience interacting with KB.

Everyone in Kb went over and beyond our expectations. It instantly felt home for us right when we entered on our doorsteps. Our home was built to perfection, on-time and the neighborhood is just amazing. Its perfect to start a family. Its quiet, its new, its clean and safe! Our contractor Chris and our sales rep Nico helped us all the way from start to finish.. They gave us updates, never get tired of answering our questions and just felt like part of our family. Buying a new home takes some time. In my experience options were discussed. However, things were not communicated clearly, and felt punished when others made a mistake regarding discussing certain things. Not sure if I'll be recommending KB homes moving forward.
