Everyone from the sales offices to Kyle have been great. They have helped with any questions and needs throughout the process. Even when after closing Kyle has been a text away.

I would rate this whole process 3 star, during the process of gathering paperwork was difficult due to a lot of miscommunication and some area during the process can improve. But overall I’m satisfied with my home, I do want to say that sale person and responsive to issues team is awesome.

Customer service is at its best with KB and company. Design agent and service representatives are helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

Low quality of construction ! Sales service needs to be improved. No follow up or updates on next steps upon entering into agreement. KB home needs business, not customer satisfaction.Post buying experience and responsiveness to issues is satisfactory.

We absolutely love our home! We have never purchased or lived in a new build community. We rented here first and ended up falling in love with the community. We watched the final houses being built. We met the builder Kevin and he answered so many questions for us with thorough explanation. Scott also helped us with anything we needed. Brad was available to us and helped us get our dream home. Sandra, the KB loan officer made all of the magic happen so we could actually get our keys. We are so grateful for the KB experience. Buying a home with KB was very quick and pleasant!

Loved our experience designing our new home! We feel like we were able to design our dream kitchen! We love how our home fits our lifestyle - the open floor plan is great for entertaining. Any issues that have come up have been quickly addressed by customer service.

This whole experience from looking at a model home to moving in has been absolutely great. John was phenomenal and a great person who tried hard and was very capable and supportive. Even after the house was bought, the support has been great! Chad was so nice in making sure everything in the build was what I wanted. The KB home design responded very well to inquiries and requests.

The staff was excellent in all aspects of providing customer service. They responded quickly to answer questions and resolve minor issues. They promptly answered phone, emails and text messages.

After one year, KB finally handed over the house to me! The house is large and the backyard is moderate in size. The overall price of the house is 5% lower than the contract signed a year ago, reducing my financial burden. The new house is equipped with solar energy, which is very environmentally friendly, with various household equipment, and the overall price of the house is relatively high. The minus point is that the quality of the doors and windows is average, and a few switches are broken, which have been reported to KB and are waiting for repairs!

My first visit to the KB Homes was a great experience. I was introduced to a new way of living in a modern home. I was happy with their sales rep the most. And secondly the builder’s who explained everything about how to use my new home. Overall, KB homes was a perfect match for me and if you’re planning to purchase a new modern home, KB Homes will make you very happy.

The sales staff was great, but the KH financing could use a tune up. The home is in good shape overall but it definitely shows the rush to complete in the loss of quality in craftsmanship. The issue is obvious, built fast and too many for proper oversight on the work done. But no major issues, so that's a big plus. Response to warranty repairs is also good.
