The process from start to finish was very smooth. At every stage, we were supported and all our question and concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

Buildup materials are very good. Our property model was designed to cancel outside noise. Very quiet inside the house. Quality of workmanship should be double and triple checked for the general contractor and subcontractors. Upon occupancy of the property, we came across items that were damaged and loose fixtures. Painters failed to remove edging tapes, clean their areas, and windows were dirty. KB has a checklist during a walk-through. The company definitely can improve reliability of the subcontractors to keep them at a higher standard. A quality control or a checklist should be performed for each sub’s workmanship. Overall I am happy with my buying experience.

The community is wonderful with a mix of every home models. We choose plan 4 and love it. The workmanship on the home is average the material is average as well , but the upgrades are what make the home unique and beautiful. To be able an visit the home while construction is occurring and acknowledging adjustments is a good quality they offer. The Monte Bella , KB Home team is great to work with and heard our request of what my family was looking for in a home. They fulfilled our dream beyond our expectations. Customer Service Representative extremely helpful and very nice . Everyone that worked at KB Home was very nice to me and my family. The Whole process from sales at the model homes to the building of our house was very professional and closing of escrow. The way everything was scheduled and on time was amazing . I'm so happy I bought a KB Home. I will recommend KB Home to everybody.

My family and I absolutely love our home. It is spacious, comfortable, and new - can't beat that! Thank you KB staff for showing care and concern for any questions I've had. :)

Service is very good, fast and of good quality. There were several minor issues when we just moved in, such as heating and the master bedroom door. They could have been prevented.
