Everything was great expect for the consistent pests entering the home. Ants, crickets, and spiders. Besides that everything else is great.

Nicole was amazing to work with. Always friendly and nice. The post move-in inspections and crew have been very helpful and answer any question I have expeditiously.

The overall process from sales on site to build and updates along with funding with KB Home went really well. Rigo, of note was especially key in the overall process. I appreciate his follow up as well as everyone on the sales team.

KB sales office upgraded my flooring to wood and failed to send me a sample of the flooring. I requested 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch engineered wood! They used cheaper 3/8 wood and charged 30K. Did not send me sample! THIEFS!

I am very satisfied with my new home from KB Home. The KB Home Team was an overall pleasure to work with, from the first visit to the post-move-in service. They were professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs and preferences. Malissa and Raul were very helpful in helping me choose the perfect home and answering all of my questions. They showed me different floor plans, designs, and features that suited my budget and lifestyle. They also kept me updated on the progress of the construction and the closing date. Scott did an amazing job in guiding me through the entire building process and any change or upgrade that I wanted done he was the go-to man. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and flexible. He made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction and that I was aware of the costs and benefits of each option. Jason was a pleasure to work with as well. He talked me through the whole loan process and I can tell I was in excellent hands. He made it easy for me to understand the terms, rates, and fees of the mortgage. He also helped me secure the best deal possible and finalize the paperwork in a timely manner. Penna was so patient with me and helpful in helping me choose my dream home aesthetic. She was very creative, skilled, and experienced in interior design. She helped me select the colors, materials, and finishes that matched my taste and personality. She also gave me valuable advice on what was considered in and out of style. Even after we moved in, we had excellent customer service. Any issue we had, Tony and Neal knew exactly what to do to get it done. They were very responsive, courteous, and reliable. They resolved any problem quickly and effectively. We have great experience buying from KB homes This is our second home purchase from KB. Any lithe issue they Respond real quick. And transaction went smoothly and they delivered the date that it was set up. And the building Crew they are great, Neal, Alex and Scott the manager is great, they are very knowledgeable, professional and hardworking. Raul is the best in the sales department.

We bought our home with tons of guidance from our sales agent, Regina. Truth be told, I don't really think we even needed a realtor since we bought a new construction home. My advice to anyone is to not be afraid of asking the builder to fix any mistakes. When we did our final walkthrough, we hired a private inspector, who found many issues. The builder fixed all the issues that we identified.

Broc from sales was very helpful in all of our questions. He would answer in a timely manner and gave us all great information with the process of moving in. Linda Gould, the loan officer I really appreciate all her efforts in getting us approved. Our case is a bit difficult but she managed to get our loan approved. The builders on the site, even after we moved in, Rigo is very nice in helping us with adjustments we do at home. I thank everyone and it was a great experience.

I got excellent support from KB Homes throughout the entire process from initial discussion to final delivery of home keys.

Our new home was built and completed early from the original estimated date of completion. The house was built on some minor touch up of interior painting, but the customer service representative was on it to fix the issues. Completely recommended to buy from the KB Home builder. Overall design was good, but not what we wanted to be. The design center was really helpful to arrange the date and time for the selection of the products. Price comparison from the Design center and Outside market was reasonable and accurate when installed at the house.

To say buying your first home can be stressful is an understatement. But KB made every effort to guide is throughout the entire process. From sales, to financing, to design, to construction, and finally to follow up - EVERYTHING was taken care of with the utmost sense of urgency, empathy and professionalism. The sales team and building super were very helpful. The loan process with KB was an absolute nightmare. Also once the 30 days are up for the team to touch up items, the team was pretty unresponsive. Make sure to get things in writing and email proof as that will be the letter of the law that they abide by.

I am totally impressed with the team KB homes who help me choose and complete all necessary action to get through to our buying experience. Not the first time we purchased a new construction house but the customer servuce are next to none. Unfortunately there are some issues in the house since day one when we moved in. From the new installed appliances, breakers, lights, outlets to name a few. Not what I expect for a brand new house. Angelina, the sale person is an angel, very knowledgeable and helpful. Treat my buying like hers, very kind and caring. House is good, wish there is more bathroom compare to amount of bedroom. WILL NOT buy through KBHS loan -very pleasant in the beginning but very dishonest. Make you to sign and says she will fix but continue to drag with same price. NEVER EVER sign something that you didn't agree.

As typical with new homes, we ran into several issues but we're working to resolve them. Other than that we highly recommend this place! It has over all been a great experience!

We had a great experience! We needed to move in fast for various reasons, and everyone on the KB home team worked hard to make it happen. We had a few minor repairs that needed to get done, and KB was very responsive. We love our new home!
