It would be nice if the entire house has been fully cleaned during close-out walk. All appliances O&M manuals should be compiled in a binder for ease of reference and making sure every components are covered. It would be hard if it is given in a USB format and will later on find out that it is not complete.

We recently purchased a home from KB Home and overall, we are very pleased with our decision. The house itself is fantastic, and we absolutely love it. We have had a great experience with the property, and one standout feature has been the leadership and service provided by Abraham, who is the property manager. Abraham has been incredibly responsible and attentive to our needs, always offering his help with a friendly and professional attitude. However, there are a couple of issues that we urgently need to address: The ventilation system in the master bathroom is not functioning properly. This needs to be looked into and fixed as soon as possible. We are facing a temperature control issue in the house. Both the second-floor and third-floor air conditioning controllers are only controlling the fan on the third floor. This is causing a significant imbalance in the temperature regulation of the house. While the second-floor temperature sensor is designed to monitor the temperature of the second floor, both hot and cold air are only being directed to the third floor. This results in a situation where the second floor remains unaffected, but the third floor either becomes too hot or too cold due to continuous air circulation. This issue is making it difficult to maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature throughout the house. Our KB experience was overall very good. The team guided us through the process and was (and still is) very responsive to our questions and concerns. I would buy another KB home in the future. They made it as easy as it can be all things considered.

Everything was great expect for the consistent pests entering the home. Ants, crickets, and spiders. Besides that everything else is great.

Nicole was amazing to work with. Always friendly and nice. The post move-in inspections and crew have been very helpful and answer any question I have expeditiously.

I am totally impressed with the team KB homes who help me choose and complete all necessary action to get through to our buying experience. Not the first time we purchased a new construction house but the customer servuce are next to none. Unfortunately there are some issues in the house since day one when we moved in. From the new installed appliances, breakers, lights, outlets to name a few. Not what I expect for a brand new house. As typical with new homes, we ran into several issues but we're working to resolve them. Other than that we highly recommend this place! It has over all been a great experience!

We were able to make a lot of selections. Take your time making selections, and go all in on lighting options.

Words is not enough to be grateful of this entire process in purchasing a new home with KB. It was a great experience because of these three wonderful trustworthy friendly compassionate men. they all became a friend to me along the process. Bill the realtor was incredible.He never cease to update me sending pics of the construction. He quickly respond to my phone calls and texts. personal attention support and assistance is well appreciated. This was my first newly built home and really do not know what to expect but he clears everything and always there for my best interest.I contribute my non stress journey to him as well.He is not just a realtor but became a trustworthy friend.I will surely miss him esp when questions will still come up just because he was always there. My loan officer Bill is doing all my best interest as well. He is very knowledgeable about the market trustworthy that you built confidence in an instant.He provides me with clarity and reassurance along the process. At first I was working on two loan officer the other was a church mate and gave me a wrong advice to apply near closing g escrow sure enough it was 2 percent more so glad I listened to Bill to locked the interest rate. He is Knowledgeable.He gives me the best counsel in the process. My loan officer is a good fit responded and communicates well throughout the process. He was on a vacation endorsed me to another officer but still on the loop grateful for his consistent care and concern for me. The whole process is smooth from the onset to finish, I feel like I have a friend who favored me. Craig as well is incredible.He become like a family to me always there catering for my needs and never ending questions.I am not a high tech person but he demonstrated all the smart features switches showing me where they are the insulation humidifier switches.So hardworking visible building superintendent. Goes beyond his tasks for us. He delegate tasks in a timely manner whenever something need to be done on the finishing touches carpentry electricity etc He is very visible supportive caring and engaging. About the quality overall is good.Just need tweaking on the finishing touches My home needed some minor carpentry repairs painting electrical fixing but that’s why there’s warranty. Material used are good but not the best. Workmanship is great. Sale's team is super.

Enjoyed Kb homes as each saleperson, builder, superintendent were wonderful as all have been kind, professional, knowledgeable and transparent.

The home buying experience was so easy and pleasant thanks to Malissa. She was available at all times an even responded on her days off! She went above and beyond to help out in any way, and reached out to her resources to assist as needed. Scott and team were excellent as well, very responsive to our concerns and quick to get items resolved. Very professional too.

I wish KB homes would include a single basin sink with goose neck faucet in the kitchen and quartz countertops to be included in all homes versus being an upgrade, otherwise all else is fine. The sales team & maintenance team on site are all great and very responsive to any requests.

I love our home and the construction team are all wonderful. The finance side of the entire experience was a miss...they can do better. But still overall a great purchase.

We had a great experience with lots of options for upgrades. Process was very straight forward. House is beautiful and exactly the amount of space we need.

Our buying experience was great from the first time we met Sherrilyn and took the time for a great lot and home selection. The KB Design team was awesome. From there it was Rainer and Brian who made the final transition exceptional. We really appreciate the entire SD group for making our buying experience stress free and actually pleasurable.
