On time delivery and reasonable price compare to the other builders.

First we were three weeks past our estimated closing date. So we were expecting the home to be “finished” when we closed. There were numerous items not done or working. Heat did not work for over 5 days. Loaner Kitchen fan not working. Missing outlets in living room and outside. And the house had not been cleaned. They promised touch ups in thirty days, it’s been two months no touch up. List is too long to put here. We’ve had several phone calls with customer service and supervisor. They promise to get on top of it, but rarely update us. They also promise to visit and do not show up. Our neighbors have problems with their homes as well. The staff at park circle are superb. From Angelina to Jim the supervisor and when I had to escalate the quality issues Rudy the regional supervisor. Everyone has been wonderful. Unfortunately I’ve been in the house two months but only been able to live in the house full time less than three weeks due to several quality control issues. They are resolving and I would definitely recommend KB homes.

Kb did a nice job on the house but three weeks later I still cannot get a few minor items repaired

Excellent experience with KB homes !

Drywall screws exposed in multiple locations. One kitchen cabinet has been installed several degrees of in one direction. Kitchen Cabinet screw punctured PAX tubing in one location.

They were great and I would definitely buy another house from K B Homes

Awesome staff, always there from beginning, even after getting in to your home.

This company is manned by inept people who does not car about quality of service they provide. They are very unwilling to follow up on issues after closing.
