Everything was awesome except KB Home Loans. They did not perform no were near the same ***** of excellence as the rest of the KB Home Building Team, such as sales, design, construction, etc. This was my 2nd KB Home in my lifetime and that's why I came back to KB because of my past experience with them 20 years prior. My recent experience with KB Home Loans was very much a K-Mart type experience. The rest of the KB Team made it a personal enounter. If it was not for Sales, Design, and Construction teams, I would have walked away. The incentive KB Home Loans offers if you use them is not worth the frustration. I have excellent credit and they were offering me products I did not want nor asked for in addition to costing more money. I had 3 different loan officers due to the lack of knowledge, lack of professionalism, and lack of communication. KB ***** will sell your loan and there after the sale customer service is less than marginal. I am a military and ***** enforcement veteran. If KB Home Loans made this a ***** experience. I would have been elated instead of disappointed. The KB Warranty people are on point and will take care of you. I would still recommend a KB Home if you utilize your own lender. Do your homework, research and ask questions before you commit to a contract. Be informed and stay educated in the home purchasing process. I would have given KB a 5 star in the overall home buying experience if KB Home Loans would have made this process a personalized encounter. ... More

Our home was built with quality materials. All team members were outstanding in what they do.

Absolutely stunning home from real professionals. Everyone was kind, *****eous, and most importantly, always responsive! The entire team has been, and continues to be amazing to work with. If I ever move, it will be to another KB Home!

Communication was vastly improved with KB Home replacing building superintendent. The 1910 floor plan is fantastic for us; recent retirees. Being able to customize design options was a major advantage and the process went smoothly. I was satisfied with the build quality, but highly recommend independent pre-drywall and before closure inspections since these revealed several f*****s that KB quickly resolved. It’s truly worth that expense to have piece of mind beyond the problem resolution . After owning several homes previously, this was our first that provided an entire *****n with ***** sod vs straw. I would have liked to see overall quality at a higher standard. We’ve just spent our first night in the house. Time will tell how well products stand up. This is my 5th brand new home so I’m a seasoned home buyer. This house did not meet best satisfaction on quality and workmanship of the home.

Although there were is*****s with our home. The team was quick to respond to the is*****s and always made us feel like we were in good hands.

The home buying process was comprehensive and the KB home team communicated with us clearly at every step of the process. Especially Chase from the service team listened to every thoughts we had in mind and took care of those before closing. Highly recommended!

The superintendent has been attentive and ***** has been very warm and welcoming during our experience. This was plan B in our homebuying journey, but the experience has made us feel blessed we got here! My wife and I are pretty happy so far with our home.

Landscape quality has been poor, some spots around the house could have been done better
