Would have loved for KB mortgage to be more transparent and helpful through the loan process. Ended up going with an outside lender. Also I was not provided with many options for financing. W felt like I was the one who had to inquire about different loan programs, when KB mortgage should have been the one to do it.Which in turn made me go elsewhere. I talked to a few of my neighbors and they weren't to happy with KB mortgage as well.

Purchasing a home is a major milestone, and I'm happy to have chosen KB Home in Manteca for this journey. What attracted me to KB Home was the modern design, thoughtful floor plans, and the opportunity to own a beautiful new home. I especially appreciate how the living spaces are designed with everyday comfort and practicality in mind. For me, a home is more than just an investment. It's a place where families build their lives, celebrate milestones, and create memories that last a lifetime. I'm excited about this new chapter and grateful to have KB Home be part of it.

The overall homebuying experience was fine, nothing g special and nothing difficult. However, the construction and resolution off issues after closing was average to below average, especially considering the price paid for the home. The walk thru of the home to identify issues prior to closing was rushed, and many items were not taken care of until well after move-in. The construction site of our home was always a mess, with nails and trash everywhere inside the home. I have construction experience and so made a few comments to the superintendent for action to address and he did not address those items because they were identified by our third party home inspector. We are happy with the construction of our home and the communication throughout the process.

The sales and construction teams were responsive and generally trustworthy throughout the process. Communication was clear on most items, and they addressed questions and walkthrough items in a timely way. The home itself has been solid so far. A few small finish or coordination items came up (as is common with new construction), but they were handled. Overall a straightforward experience and I would consider KB Home again.

Unfortunately, our experience was far more stressful than it should have been. Throughout the process, everything felt rushed, and there was a serious lack of communication between the different people involved. It often felt like nobody was on the same page, and we were left trying to track people down ourselves just to get answers, updates, and basic information about our own home. Communication regarding walkthroughs, appointments, and outstanding issues was frustrating, and there were times when we waited around for scheduled work that never happened, without anyone providing an update or explanation. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial commitments a family can make, and buyers deserve to feel informed, respected, and confident throughout the process. Instead, we frequently felt like we were the ones responsible for coordinating everything and making sure things got done. The entire experience felt unnecessarily rushed, and important details seemed to fall through the cracks. While we were excited to finally have a home for our family, the stress and frustration leading up to move-in took away from what should have been a special milestone. Better communication, accountability, organization, and follow-through would have made a tremendous difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so future homebuyers do not have to experience the same frustrations. Im glad i was able to find a home with ***** catania citrine. It was indeed a little bit long of a waiting process from construction to eventual moving into a new home but worth it. For a first time home buyer it was such an experience

The people that I'm dealing with at KB are so responsive to your needs and questions.

The process from building to move in has been not easy with missing the upgrade, and some inspections still going on. The lot doesn't have the carport like the other house, but the team was trying with their best to make me happy. I would like to say thanks to Don team, Cesar and Zyerna. One thing left I would like to receive the home inspection report to make sure all things had passed the city inspection.

Great overall experience, the home is beautiful! The walls are very thin and sound travels through them easily.
