Overall Process: The overall experience from purchase to move-in was smooth. Home Quality and Value: The craftsmanship is generally good, though there are a few minor things currently bothering me. As I have been in the home for less than two months, it is still early to determine if there are underlying issues I am not yet aware of. Experience with the Builder's Team: I was satisfied with the team up until the point I was handed over to the support team. We've had a positive experience with KB Home. The staff were responsive and helpful throughout the process. Although a few walkthrough items remained unfinished, everything was handled well overall. KB Home delivered our home on time, completing it by July as promised. We're happy with the quality, value, and our decision to purchase.

Superintendent does not pay attention. Loan officers are unresponsive. Workmanship and materials are subpar
