From day one, KB Homes made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house turned out beautiful, and the team had my back through everything—from the loan to closing and even after. Everyone’s super helpful and really made sure my family felt taken care of in our new home.

Many materials are damaged like countertop, kitchen sink, bathroom tubs, mirrors and because they are already in place, it's not possible to swap out so after care team worked hard to help me fixing those. Unfortunately many items weren't fixable so I'm stuck with looking at those damaged fixtures everyday. Quality of workmanship was bad, too. All the doors are not sanded well enough at the bottom and some didn't line up with the door handle hardware so had problem close fully. Painting was crappy with many running over drip marks on the baseboards. Tiles in the bathrooms are not leveled so some areas had a bigger gap from the baseboard. And the shower tub had many scratches on the outside. Walking showers didn't have enough space carved out for shampoo and conditioner. Overall, it just does not feel like a million dollar home. ... I was getting every update on my home and sales team very responsive. They helped me to get an answer from lenders. After moving, I got all the help after move.

KB Homes did an amazing job facilitating the process of buying a home. They were present and involved in everything from setting up our first tour, to walking us through the month long escrow process, to picking up our keys. there was some quality built issues with our home. We reached out to the customer service representatives to have the issues correct. They were good at accommodating the requests and fixing the issues.

We worked with Carolina who was responsive, helpful and guided us through the entire home buying process. Blanca was also extremely helpful with our loan process. Luis explained everything and made sure repairs and appointments were done in a timely manner.

Sales and designing team were good. Bank/Loan processors were terrible, they were not responsive and not helpful. Construction team/Regional Customer Service Manager are not very responsive, and not pleasant to deal with.

Given that I am not American the KB team helped me with understanding everything and all the do's and don'ts. Very easy and smooth and I would recommend this experience to anyone,

The studio experience was great, we were really able to understand and bring out the full potential of the space we were given. When we had any questions, our service rep Bobby helped us at any and all hours. Construction did finish rather late and we had some areas that needed fixes still, like kitchen cabinet missing a board, water leakages in the balcony, and stovetop installed crookedly. Overall 4/5 for the good service but construction issues

We experienced a number of issues, such as bathroom sink cracked, doors can't close, some parts are missing etc...... Some contractors didn't response call for repairs, such as carpet repairman refused to answer phone calls, text message..... Hopefully, things will move faster in 2023.

I had a great experience getting help fixing any issues I had. The quality of work is great as well. Really happy with my purchase through KB Homes.
