I found the KB home prices are lower compared to other builders in the same area. Even though the price is lower the quality and workmanship are of high quality. I also like the ability to customize our home the way we wanted through KB Home studio. And they emphasize energy efficiency while building homes than other "fancy" things. That is good for the environment and saves so much utility bills in the long run. Overall the KB Homes provide the best value for your money.

Why buy a 30-40 year old house when you can get a brand new one at lesser/same price. A wide array of products available from condos to townhomes to single family homes. The community at Communication Hills is young and active with a lot of folks going out on walks late in the night with pets and children (safe neighborhood). Material quality is good and customer service post move in is amazing too.

This is the second house we bought with KB. Both times the experience was great!

Great experience of purchasing house

KB Homes's onsite staff in the Circuit community provided outstanding support to me and my family as we moved in to the new home and helped to resolve our concerns/ issues. Prior to the completion of construction, staff kept us informed with photos of the progress in construction on a weekly basis. Once we moved in, staff accomodated our requests for minor repair and installation in the house.

KB Home is definitely a great choice with outstanding quality.

We purchased our first house from KB home. The sales person and all other KB staff were really helpful and responsive. During the process when we have questions or need documents, KB staff got back to us very quickly, provided all the information we need promptly. Quality assurance staff went over details of all the features, and helped fixing issues after closing. I recommend buying home from KB.

We worked with Carolina who was responsive, helpful and guided us through the entire home buying process. Blanca was also extremely helpful with our loan process. Luis explained everything and made sure repairs and appointments were done in a timely manner.

The studio experience was great, we were really able to understand and bring out the full potential of the space we were given. When we had any questions, our service rep Bobby helped us at any and all hours. Construction did finish rather late and we had some areas that needed fixes still, like kitchen cabinet missing a board, water leakages in the balcony, and stovetop installed crookedly. Overall 4/5 for the good service but construction issues

We recently moved from San Jose to Gilroy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at KB for making this a memorable experience. We were very excited and a little apprehensive since it was a big move. Christine from sales was so friendly and helped us find the perfect plan. She was always available for questions and ideas! Becky from the design center was amazing at keeping us focused and on track-since it can be quiet overwhelming. She let us take our time with the picks and also helped us when we were stuck. Tim and Peter from the loan processing worked really hard to make sure we had everything and ready to go when it was time. The process is very complicated and they tried to keep us as stress free as possible ( although loan applications and approvals are really really stressful!) Ryan from customer service is a RockStar! He brings so much energy and gets you pumped up for the big move and beyond! He has worked with us on all the little fixes and even helped out during our appliance delivery. The construction crew and their project manager Serena are awesome! We had a couple of things that needed to be redone and they were on it! My overall experience from start until now has been amazing! Our first day driving in the torrential rain to see the properties, we met Christine who was very nice and professional. Then we were introduced the Blanca who we loved and connected with very well. She was very transparent and keep us informed. More importantly, she made us feel that she wanted what was best for our situation and not made to feel like a paycheck. Then we met Ed, great guy and down earth. We could have talked for hours each time we met for our construction meeting. Let's not forget Duc and team. They were very helpful and persistent with sending weekly house progress reports. We weren't able to come into town as often as we had liked so we couldn't stalk the build of our home so the pictures and status updates were helpful. Lastly, on the final walk through we had a great walk with Don and Mike. They were very nice, friendly and made sure we knew that we were in their good hands moving forward. It was my first home buying experience, and KB did an excellent job delivering the house on time during the middle of the pandemic. Everyone did fantastic work, from the sales staff to customer service, making the home buying experience smooth and easy.

Great property value for the price paid. Plan 2 unit square feet is very reasonable compared to units in Sunnyvale and Mountain View areas. However, space is not well utilized in design. Quality of workmanship and materials is poor. It almost feels like everything is done in a rush and not well thought. Water is extremely hard - water softener and filtration are additional costs that home owners need to think of.

Right from sales team to customer service all have been great in our purchasing experience!

My customer service rep, Ryan was amazing. He was highly responsive to emails and texts when I had questions and if any issues arise. During the orientation, he provided detailed information and caught all the small issues that needed to be fixed. He also went the extra mile by offering any services that I needed help on. For an example, mounting my TV on the wall. He was very reliable and always willing to help, even after the closing date. 10/10 rating for him!
