all staff members are very friendly

Its a great pleasure and happiness from the whole buying experience. We are so happy to have this home at a great deal. Most importantly Service provided and the follow-ups are pretty good and very responsive. It improves our trust towards this huge purchase.

Such a great experience. The team made things simple. Our walk through experience was rushed, but we are working on the issues. Like to see more followup from customer care team to ensure open items identified are closed. Overall, great company.

Everyone was very helpful from beginning to end. It felt like the Sales Agent wanted us to purchase the home and they did all they could to insure our purchase went smoothly. After the purchase, KB Homes continued to make sure our house became a home by providing various professional courtesies for our property. We are very happy we chose KB Homes as our builder.

Starting from Sales, the KBHome staff kept us updated about the development. The KBHome finance was a disappointment as they took all the documents, checked my credit score but they were not able to come with a lower rates compared to external vendors. The after sales staff were also great. They were very prompt in their actions. Only thing they could do here is to better accomodate our requests within our timelines. I do agree that most of the staff gets allocated to various works but I felt that for the work that we had in our place and for the experience the contractors who were working in my house for the issues, they could have done within our requested timeline. The customer rep, Ryan, for the builders that were actually building the home was great. Very informative, helpful, and responsive. There were a lot of minor fixable issues and overall some quality issues with the home. Things like scuffed baseboards, dents and small holes in the walls. A lot of it seems addressable and nothing major where it woule be unfixable has been seen or found. This is a review a couple months into closing so it will have to wait and see how the place holds up in a couple of years. KB homes are very good brand but response to issues are not great

Affordable homes, nice hill views and prime location

There are many moving pieces in buying a new home to be built. KB helps provide the road map to get you from beginning to end and make the entire process as simple as possible. The wide range of homes to choose from as well as the ability to make interior selections made their homes a great fit for my family. Transitioning to being a new homeowner can be overwhelming, but the service teams continue to check in after you move in and are attentive toward issues that come up as well.

there was some quality built issues with our home. We reached out to the customer service representatives to have the issues correct. They were good at accommodating the requests and fixing the issues.

The value of the home, exceptional. Getting the final touches finished on home, fair.

I had a wonderful experience with KB sale staff and loan processing. I just wished KB has better workmanship and materials. However, KB representative is willing to work out the issues and make sure it would be taken care of. Overall, I am happy with my new home. There are many more years to come. So I will have to wait and see.

Many materials are damaged like countertop, kitchen sink, bathroom tubs, mirrors and because they are already in place, it's not possible to swap out so after care team worked hard to help me fixing those. Unfortunately many items weren't fixable so I'm stuck with looking at those damaged fixtures everyday. Quality of workmanship was bad, too. All the doors are not sanded well enough at the bottom and some didn't line up with the door handle hardware so had problem close fully. Painting was crappy with many running over drip marks on the baseboards. Tiles in the bathrooms are not leveled so some areas had a bigger gap from the baseboard. And the shower tub had many scratches on the outside. Walking showers didn't have enough space carved out for shampoo and conditioner. Overall, it just does not feel like a million dollar home. ... Need to level switch light

We experienced a number of issues, such as bathroom sink cracked, doors can't close, some parts are missing etc...... Some contractors didn't response call for repairs, such as carpet repairman refused to answer phone calls, text message..... Hopefully, things will move faster in 2023.

You hire ppl that do cheap work, you use cheap material and i have been constantly on email having isues being resolved. Thr floors ate damaged and i have not been able to fully furnish my home until you correct them and i have been here over a month. My experience has been a headache- contractors in my home constantly repairing your low quality construction defects.

I’ve had good moments with KB in buying a house. Problem is, they partner with KPS for electrical and cable wiring. The job done is horrible. Wires are not terminated, and some wires are not connected. I have been begging for them to come and finish their jobs… It’s already taking them over 3 months

KB needs to hire professional and qualified construction workers

The experience during home construction was fine until towards the end. Felt rushed during final home inspection and was promised things would be addressed at scheduled check ins after moving in but never got followed up on. Reps would be incredibly slow to respond. KB home just wants you to buy and after closing the level of customer service takes a nose dive.

KB Leadership clearly just throws their customer facing reps to the wolves & leaves them hanging with little to no true managerial support. Its sad, its just hard to see the age old concept of a 'faceless corp.' at work... This company clearly cares about profits & investors far more then they could ever care about the person that is spending their life savings on their product? Too bad, they could be such a better company if they just tried to listen & understand their customers concerns...
