Good price, Quality is okay, Some parts of the house were rushed .

No problem with buying experience.

I loved working with Ron- he was easily accessible, very friendly, and paid attention to detail !Josh did the walk through- Although he followed up several times for work that needed correction- it took several calls to get him to send men out. It was a constant reminder that was required. He got the job done but took time.

Buy with KB!! They are very nice and so helpful! They make the experience of buying a home so much more exciting with their eagerness to help out. From the moment we started buying to even after we have moved in, they are always willing to help. Thank you to the KB team for always being available for any questions we have!

Great experience with the sales team, loan officer, and construction manager—they were professional and helpful throughout the buying process. Unfortunately, the experience after moving in has been disappointing. Customer service has been very slow to respond, and there are multiple cracks throughout the house that still need attention. Overall, the post-purchase support from KB Home has not met expectations.

The home buying process was a highlight but the information and professionalism from KB Home sales rep was frustrating with misinformation after misinformation. To customers: do your homework and make sure all information provided by KB Home sales rep is accurate or written on official documentations.

Multiple issues with the KB house after we moved in. You have to file claims to fix these issues and it takes long time for the construction problems to be fixed. All appointments are scheduled during my work hours. Do I need to quit my job or hire a house sitter to be at home for all these after purchase repairs? It was the worst decision of my life to buy a new construction/KB home

From the time I met with Harvey, the sales rep, to signing the closing documents, it was all a seamless experience with regular updates and the options we chose at the studio, KB Homes makes home buying experience easy and their builds are very high quality, as we had a KB Home before. Michael from warranty and post purchase and sign off team was very thorough in his inspection and walk through. Overall great work from the KB team

Very nice and cozy house

Always look for a person who sells himself, knowing his/her personality and responsibility. Houses being build are by contractors anyway. So for me, the important part is after sales, on how issues are resolved the best possible way and how you are treated as well. KB HOMES, they are on point, detailed, excellent.

We had to wait an additional 5 months due to PG&E transformer. Then when the transformer showed up, no one was on site to direct PG&E on which home to install the electric meter. So the first 10 home that were completed ended up being one of the last home getting moved in due to meters were installed to homes that recently got built. But “Upper” management didn’t think it was necessary to provide any additional compensation because they didn’t want to show any “favoritism”. But yet, home buyer that only waiting 3-4 months got to moved in first in reverse order. Fully inspect your home during your final walk before move in. Plenty of mistak/short cut that needed to be addressed. 1. Corner of the walls have crack due to “settlement”, (address this before the customer sees it then). 2. “Upgraded” kitchen sink had a manufacturing defect, they tried to cover it up with paint….now they have to rip the entire counter top to replace the sink and I how to wait 10 days without being able to use my kitchen sink for a family of 6… 3. Inspect all area that should receive caulk, they missed plenty of area. 4. Garage door belt was tighten so tight that the motor was thinking that something was hitting the door every other time we tried closing the garage door. I had to adjust myself. 5.restroom came equipped with “humidity exhaust fan” that doesn’t turn on when the restroom has 100% humidity. Smh ... More

Overall experience was still great despite some delays which in most part due to factors which the builder have little control of.
