This was a great experience from start to finish! After searching for a house, we ran into a KB Homes listing and it was in our our budget. Which we didn’t know or believe we could purchase a brand new build home within our budget. The process, the steps you take builds confidence and assures you, you are getting that home you were searching for! The way we were treated by everyone at KB Homes was awesome! My experience with purchasing a house was a great experience over all. Omar did my walk through and I was pleased. He made me feel comfortable and he made sure he that I understood what he was discussing, his role and the whole process after closing.

Buying with KB was so easy thanks to Harvey, Josie, and Daniel. Harvey and Josie went above and beyond for us during the home buying process, from walking us through the home when we came to tour to working with us upon placing a deposit and all the paperwork following. In inspections, Daniel was very attentive and flexible with us, ensuring that any concerns that we or our third-party inspector brought to light were taken care of by move-in. All 3 made the home buying experience extremely easy and our family is very happy with our purchase and new home!

I purchased my new KB Home in March 2023. The process was very easy, simple, efficient and worry-free. Since I didn't have the opportunity to personalize my home it was everything that I wanted and more. Any minor snafus that occurred was rectified quickly and efficiently. How can you beat a 10-year warranty on a KB Home? It's unheard of these days.

The best part of KB Home is the trustworthiness, quality of materials and very quick response from the staff. The buying experience was very smooth and the sales staff always made sure we are clear on the the process and the price is very competitive compared to the other players in the market. The service staff is very responsive and they address the issues quickly. This is in fact great! Overall, a best buying experience!!
