I purchased my new KB Home in March 2023. The process was very easy, simple, efficient and worry-free. Since I didn't have the opportunity to personalize my home it was everything that I wanted and more. Any minor snafus that occurred was rectified quickly and efficiently. How can you beat a 10-year warranty on a KB Home? It's unheard of these days.

Our sale person Kelly has a great personality and very helpful on purchasing our new home made the family feel comfortable with all the questions the family had to ask. Michael our inspector was very helpful with the family went over all the things to know about the house and checking all appliances ,electrical and plumbing Both Kelly and Michael answer all the things we need to know and responsive when needed Thanks you kb homes and people involved with our journey on purchasing our new home.

Overall good experience with KB Homes

Tami was our original agent. She was relocated to a different community. Harvey stepped in a did a great job. On the construction side Alex and Daniel were great! Josie crunched the numbers for us time and time again. She was thorough Anna very communicative.

Overall Very satisfied with the service. Waiting the house to build was not too long.

Im very happy to buy this house

Harvey and Daniel were great to work with very responsive. Bryce however was not. He mad an error in paperwork that took over one month to fix, never responded to emails calls or texts, needed to contact Harvey in sales with any issues. Delayed final walkthrough and receiving keys due to paperwork issues he created. Lied about submitting paperwork a day before he actually submitted paperwork, very displeased working with him.

For the most part it was an exciting, but scary mixed with the stress of the unknown. But I'm in my new home and I'm really loving it. Thanks KB Linda
