Great sales team

Thomas, Marcus, Brandon and Rudy were all great from start to finish. We dealt with Thomas the entire eight months we waited for our house. He always answered our questions, went over things multiple times, texted and emailed us as well. He's very knowledgeable and experienced and very trustworthy given he knew our personal situation. Marcus from finance also helped us with our financing options and got us a great rate. He also made time to go over things with us after hours taking away from his personal family time. Brandon was on top of things making sure all the options we had were correct and (Thomas). Although our house took a while, it was absolutely built just like I wanted it. Rudy did our walk thru and was very thorough and answered all our questions. I purchased my new KB Home in March 2023. The process was very easy, simple, efficient and worry-free. Since I didn't have the opportunity to personalize my home it was everything that I wanted and more. Any minor snafus that occurred was rectified quickly and efficiently. How can you beat a 10-year warranty on a KB Home? It's unheard of these days.

Overall good experience with KB Homes

Tami was our original agent. She was relocated to a different community. Harvey stepped in a did a great job. On the construction side Alex and Daniel were great! Josie crunched the numbers for us time and time again. She was thorough Anna very communicative.
