The quality of their workmanship and materials could be better. The garage door is very noisy and one can hear the footsteps very loud when people walk on the second floor.

That KB Homes provides a high-quality home at a good price

Working with KB homes was really pleasant. I grew up in a home built by KB, and am proud to now own one for myself. From my salesperson to the foreman, all of my concerns were immediately addressed. The craftsmanship of my new home is top notch, and would absolutely recommend KB to my friends and family looking for a new home.

Attention to detail could use improvement.

KB Homes has build and designed our perfect home! The buying process was great! Unfortunately a couple of times the superintendent of the build missed to set up the walkthroughs during construction. We did do one walkthrough prior to the flooring being installed. Beautiful home! As with all new builds a lot of little details that needed attention but builder is addressing all of them graciously.

Superstars: John Hale was our initial processor and did an amazing job explaining the process. Always followed up. Thank you Becky our lending officer did an amazing job! Thank you for giving us clarity Charlie our superintendent was very kind and made us feel that we were very important.

Jenee was excellent during the entire process. Richard and Sal were very responsive and helpful. The design center had some hiccups with some of the things we picked but so far we have been accommodated.

Once you sign the purchase agreement get ready for delays, broken promises and costly mistakes that will most likely delay your closing. We have been in our home a month and a half, had to leave for 5 days for them to do the repair work to the house at the end of October and still have not received reimbursement as promised. Their vendors do NOT wear masks so beware of that if you are at high risk for COVID. Our solar is still not set up and the HOA rep does not respond for weeks at a time.

There were a number of things wrong with the house after we moved in but the construction manager and his staff were very responsive and quick to fix them.

Nothing... had a worst buying experience!

Closing date is critical problem. we didn't know until last minute. It is not easy for us to plan to move with mover. We wish had more time to plan.

You guys can do better. KB is a big corporation. I was expecting great service and quality. I am disappointed with the whole experience. This is not my first new home I purchased.

Absolutely fell in love with our new home, but the staff make the whole process easy and enjoyable. KB homes staff has great customer service! If the staff member couldn't help you they got back to you promptly or they would guide you to someone who could best assist you. Everyone went above and beyond the scope of their position. After we purchased our home multiple staff members reached out to myself and my husband to make sure everything went well and offered their assistance with anything that might arise. We love our new home. We had a few problem when we moved in but they were quickly fixed. Sal is the best to deal with when we moved in to help us.

I have had a great experience with everyone who has worked with me at KB Homes. I bought my Townhome 5 months ago. I was able to upgrade my home and pick out what i wanted. Andi in the sales office was so nice and amazing to work with. She made the whole process of buying a home easy. Sal has helped me with everything after i moved in. When i call him to come over to help fix something he responds right away. Sal and Andi have been there the whole time since i bought my Townhome. The quality of the home is not what i expected. This home was built was built so fast and had so many people working on it. I repainted my house. I did not like the way things were installed here. I did get everything fixed. ... More
