KB mortgage company closing costs outrageous. Poor workmanship, materials used were of inferior quality Team did assist with issues.

Overall the home buying process was pretty easy. I had been in the home now about 40 days. I do feel KB needs to hire better contractors who actually value their work rather than just slapping together a house. I have already had warranty out to address issues and they had to send 5 companies to fix the everything. Warranty has been very good and are quick to get things fixed which is nice. Overall I’m satisfied with the house.

My home is great, but I have been having issues getting my furnace working properly. Hopefully this gets fixed soon before it starts snowing. Beautiful home, but it would be better with working heat.

The entire process went very smooth everyone was transparent and support along. We never get to experienced any issues our questions and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction.

The houses are great, and they are built with modern energy efficient techniques. This shows in the bills, The builder's customer support is always there to solve any issue. Prices are also affordable.

Buying our new home was an absolute dream come true, and I can't recommend KB Homes enough! From the initial search to closing, the entire process was smooth and actually enjoyable. The staff were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to answer my many questions. (Ask Jenn, she knows) They truly made us feel like a priority. We're so in love with our new home, and we're so grateful for the amazing team that helped us find it.

We have been in our house for about 3 months and have learned the speed with which they build translates into countless misses. And if you don't get them fixed before you close, good luck getting traction afterward. In 3 short months, we already have failing caulk (they don't fix caulk) an upgraded railing that has a large gap underneath (they won't fix it) and has had to be refinished once and still doesn't look good, subfloor glue all throughout my basement floor that they never removed, crooked drawers in the kitchen, numerous paint mismatches from the numerous "touch ups"that have occurred, and many more. Don't sign until you are satisfied! ... More

From our first visit with a sales person through every step forward to moving in and through the warranty experience has been amazing! Each person we have interacted with has been very focused on helping us and doing everything possible to ensure we were happy with our purchase - and we are!

Overall, we had a good experience with KB Home. The issues we ran into were their attention to detail and execution of the final product. Many things were not followed up on, and left to be finished when we did our walk throughs. Kyle (construction) was the best one to work with, because he actually came back to address everything and is a nice person to work with. Emma in sales is tremendous and I would recommend working with her any time.

This experience of bying a new home was seamless, Marianne KB sales rep, listened to what we said, addressed or knew who to ask to get our issues resolved, kept us informed throughout the process.
