Overall a good experience and we are happy with our new home!

They work to keep us aware week by week. Made sure everything was done and if there was a issue fully disclosed it and made it right. Best experience buying another new home.

Communication is horrible. Still waiting on when out front landscaping is going to be finished. We have been in for 2 months and no word on when they will get to it. We paid to have our house interior painted and I could have painted it better myself. We were told we may be too picky that they painting was fine even though it looked horrible. We were treated by our superintendent like we were idiots and he thought he knew everything and always had an excuse as to why something was the way it was. We were told it’s not a custom house about 2” times when we asked for something to be fixed like the crappy baseboard we paid for that was crooked to the naked eye. Overall not very satisfied to have purchased a $500000 home and treated like we were second class citizens ... More

We loved our first home building experience. A few things could use improvement but overall a pleasant experience with KB.

Great Communication and quick resolution of issues!

it's been over a MONTH almost two, that our garage door opener or electricity is not working in the garage. Ridiculous. My daughter's house - the kitchen sink fell down on mount. Leaked water everywhere.

Our home building experience with KB was a great adventure. The building process was really enjoyable to watch and be apart of. My family and I love our new home.

We are pleased with the overall experience as a whole. Some minor things right after move in, but were managed. The Warranty process needs improvement.

Be sure your home is ready to your satisfaction before you close on the sale !

They claim that you have a full warranty, but getting things taken care of is like pulling teeth. Wouldn’t go with this builder again.

The home is beautiful but it’s been challenging fixing the issues from building them too fast.

Which ever builder you choose, insist on a 3rd party inspection. Unlike other builders KB welcomed my 3rd party inspector and provided access through out the different phases of the construction. In addition KB made the few minor corrections he requested.

You kept your timetable and schedule.

SALE AGENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER GAVE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE JUST THE CONCRETE CONTRACTOR DID A TERRIBLE JOB. TWO ISSUES: GARAGE FLOOR WITH HOLDS AND STEPS STOOP IN THE BACKYARD

Marcia in the sales department has been amazing. She communicated with us in a timely manner through out the buying process and continues to do so as we settle into our new home. Thank you.

We had weekly calls, could always reach out to someone with questions. Design center was great, especially working with Teresa B. Mark in sales was always helpful. Enrique is amazing! Very informative, and his walk throughs were detailed, and always took time to answer any and every question, down to what cleaning supplies he recommended.

I got good responses about issues and KB came to fix them. KB is a trustworthiness builder and I like the model I bought very much. I bought a new house about 20 years ago and I feel the quality of workmanship is not as good as my previous house.

Overall & everything considered, we recommend KBHome as a builder of choice for this type of home.
