Kept me informed all along the way

It was great and all the staff was good

My previous review detailing my displeasure with our home was rejected for “legally sensitive content,” without specifying what (if any) it applies to, so unfortunately maybe this is generic enough: KB Homes representatives often paid little attention to detail, communicated poorly, did subpar work, and doesn’t ensure that alcohol isn’t present at construction sites.

Any problems that arose, KB Homes listened and responded quickly.

The people I encountered throughout the entire process made purchasing a home through KB one of the best experiences. KB Homes take pride in who they select to represent their company and that is apparent in the knowledge and dedication shown by their employees.

Everyone was friendly and understanding. They listened to my questions and concerns and worked together to resolve any problems. The team was great, everyone did what they promised to do and more. The whole process was nice and smooth. By far the best team I’ve worked with!

Overall great experience. Appreciated the weekly updates. Great experience at the design center considering the Covid challenges. So far I love my home.

I had the BEST sales agent! Cody was super attentive throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgable and helped me to feel confident in my decision to buy a home. I also LOVED getting weekly updates from Cody and Drake throughout the building process. Finally, I had so much fun with Jena at the design studio. She brought my vision to life! Now, I'm in my home and it is truly my dream home!

It was a great experience.

The process ran fairly smoothly all around. The different teams were responsive and answered all questions we had thoroughly. The communication was freely given and timelines were pretty spot on. There weren't any major delays or issues.

The KB Home team has been great to work with! Any issues that have come up since moving in has been fixed right away!

JP was always looking out for us. We had a electrican over cut the plug in hole on the island. The electrician taped pieces of wood to cover the hole. JP replaced the panel immediately. JP fixed all the items that needed corrections. It was a pleasure working with JP. I miss the weekly phone calls.

Found a great home in a wonderful location, the KB team worked to get us moved in quickly and the whole experience has been quite rewarding!

Sales people are great, friendly, knowledgeable. Can't comment on the trustworthiness, I've only been in-home about 40 days, that's to-be-determined. Also to-be-determined is my opinion on the quality/workmanship, as I'm having an appliance issue already, as well as an issue with a window.

Great buying process. First time home buyer and wasn’t sure what I was getting into. KB team made it simple and easy.

When this community is done it will be awesome! You can take the light rail to downtown and you are near DIA. PARKS , restaurants, and community events is what makes this home.
