Sales, design, closing and construction staff were all great to work with. In a pandemic year prohibiting in person contact, we had to make many design and construction decisions from afar. Not the best way to do things, but we got them done with the support of the KB Home staffers. Most all glitches and construction issues were corrected and solved under the direction of the construction supervisor.

My main issue was when things went wrong, on more than one occasion, KB failed to escalate and get resolution. Would not recommend.

Good location, materials are of good quality. Completed a couple extra items at no charge. The worksite was kept clean I am happy with the home I purchased.

How nice the staff was across the board.

It’s was a smooth process. We felt our time was actually taken into consideration and at no point did we feel we were making a rushed purchase.

Be aware of progress and be diligent on inspections. Weekly calls are great, but they don't always have much substance. Most importantly, be patient. When given a tentative schedule, it is kept to the best of their ability, but some things will get missed or shortcuts will happen to meet the deadlines.

The team at KB Homestead Hills were there every step of the way. They made the process of buying a home easier. Amanda is amazing! Thank you guys we are so pleased with our new home!!!!

Terry Heyden was fantastic through the entire process from beginning to end. He's gone out of his way to follow up with me even after we've closed to make sure everything with our home is going smoothly. Terry is a true professional in every aspect.

Buying a home can be overwhelming however KB Homes not only has a great process that keeps the homeowner in the loop from the start to the finish of your home but their team/employees are awesome. They are very professional at all times and they really care about the homeowners being satisfied in the service and product they receive.

Great home, for the value! My wife and I are happy with the home and issues that need to be fixed they come and fixed no questions asked.

Trough out the whole experience everyone worked super hard. Laura started by believing we could do this. Gregory in loans worked so hard getting us approved Rachel was easy to work with and always provided us with information that we needed.

The design of the home impressed me so much that I went from viewing the model to going on contract in 5 days. Diane was very helpful in guiding me through the process, as was David with the financial part. Everything went so smooth.

As homeowners in a new city and state, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our new home. But what surprised us even more was the people. Everyone, from the sales persons to the carpenter that had to fix our door, were will to go above and beyond what was expected. What made this buying experience exceptional was the people.
