KB was super easy to deal with throughout the homebuilding process.

Jan and I enjoyed the home buying experience……. We had to leave town earlier than expected to welcome our second grandchild home. Looking forward to seeing you guys again and completing our 30 day waikthrough

We felt supported from the moment we walked into the model home in our new KB Home community. Martin on the Sales team was wonderful at fielding all our questions or finding the answers if he didn’t have them himself. As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous and unsure with some processes, but the entire KB team (sales, construction, design) guided us every step of the way. We’re so happy with our new home!

The build took a bit longer than we expected but we are now in our new home and are loving it. There have been a few growing pains but that was to be expected and my contacts have mostly dealt with them quickly. Overall we are happy we built new. The KB team has been fantastic.

Almost two months after closing, we still waiting for window and roof repairs to be done! Had two appointments scheduled, but the KB repair staff was never showed up.

Overall was a good experience

My wife and I have lived in our new KB build for nearly two months in Parker, CO as of October 2023. While we are enjoying our new home, we have been inundated with a multitude of issues in our home stemming from poor workmanship. Uneven floors, holes underneath carpet, leaking shower surround, improper installation of light fixture, crooked window frames, poor gas line installation given customer’s selected appliances, among other things. I know KB isn’t custom home builder, but there is no doubt that more should be expected from a company charging 500k and above in our area.

We were so excited to design and build our new home. The sales and design center teams were great. Everything after that went downhill. Our superintendent ignored every single communication I sent, items were installed or built incorrectly despite me regularly notifying the superintendent, and closing got delayed the morning of our final walkthrough, when I had flown back in the night before just for this process. So disappointed with KB. We still have broken, incorrect and missing items over two months from closing, with absolutely no communication from KB regarding when they will address these issues. ... Many unfinish items, No INSPECTIONS DONE BY KB PM I had to found all issues, still unsolved

2 months after moving in and many items still not resolved.

Everything had been great other than the promise to have our front yard and wing fence put in. We have been told over and over that it will be done and still have nothing. It has been the only thing we have had trouble getting answers about.

It's been almost two month I have no dryer the replacement they brought doesn't work. The hot water was working fine when we moved inn and it completely stopped working i was told they missed a part and they will fix it. It is still not fixed. I am now told to move out and get a hotel. All this with two kids. I am not even adding a whole wrong instalation of all the bars that is still not fixed and a shower glass not in place.....to say the least I didn't expect this from KB homes.

numerous miner issues (i.e. paint and flooring) among others seem to keep cropping up

Responsive, great value for money

We had a wonderful experience buying our KB home. The design was luxurious and just right for us. We chose an 1885 paired home with large windows, an island counter, a large primary bedroom and bath, spacious hallways, upstairs laundry, and more. Cody helped with the decision and Eric did an outstanding job supervising the build. We are completely happy with our dream home and design choices.

The overall process is really smooth and pretty easy to navigate. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive. We are pretty happy with our house and the construction quality but the finitions (paint, trims, baseboards, drywall alignment, etc.) didn't meet our expectations. Finally, the only thing we disliked in the process was the closing experience which felt rushed and pushy.

Home, overall, is great. Sales people and Superintendents are responsive to issues that need to be address. During the walk-thru process, many things were pointed out as "needs to be corrected" and they didn't get fixed, so we continue to point them out, which is frustrating

The house was finished on time for closing.

The new home was ready when promised, the workmanship is solid, the sales and customer service are top notch.

Negatives 1)Closing delayed several times required to sign agreement to sell prior home in order to purchase this one. 2)Construction disorganized no quality control measures in place excessive warranty service tickets needed. 3) Made living in active construction area very unpleasant this is my third new build and by far the worst experience so far. Trash bins not emptied regularly even malodorous at times trash and other debris frequently blown into driveway and yard. 4)Trades continually parking behind home blocking driveway. Home buying experience was at best ok. I would not recommend using their mortgage services, was a poor experience and had 4 different representatives through the process.

Very good experience, I totally recommend buying your new house with KB homes, the whole process was very smooth and they delivered the house to us just as we had planned it

I expected better workmanship. The tile work looks like it was done by an amateur.

Smooth transition. Great home in great location.

Lack of supervision throughout the build process. Terrible response to issues/concerns. Complete disconnect of management and leadership. I would never buy another KB home. Quality and customer service does not exist.
