It was a good experience from start to finish.

My experience was very good with KB homes. Some Things were delayed but it’s pretty standard right now. I looked forward to the weekly phone calls and updates with Diane and JP. It made the process go much smoother and quicker for me. Waiting is hard, but in retrospect it wasn’t bad and worth the wait. I’m very happy with my new home.

During the construction phase, we would get weekly status update calls which gave us a lot of comfort and confidence to know the progress of the house. The staff from all departments have been super friendly, helpful and responsive. They also did not have much of a delay for the closing of our house this year in 2022 when global supply chain is having many issues. Overall, we're very happy about KB home and would highly recommend it to anybody.

Support team is very responsive

There is a consistent lack of quality in both the materials used and the workmanship that went into the construction of this house . And trying to get the most basic items fixed has been a disaster. Again, they have over promised and under delivered.

This is my second KB Home and only my second home in 21 years. GREAT homes!

From start to finish KB kept me informed with a weekly call from Gregory, Kevin, and Santiago. After the closing the information and contact still continued. All the KB people were there to help with any repairs or any concerns. Santiago was especially helpful. For example, my new microwave was damaged and did not work. He coordinated a replacement in a timely manner. He has been so helpful. I would recommend KB homes to anyone.

I have been lied to - had products installed that didn't match - 11 months from the date i signed my contract and still have items on back order - the only quality control check points were the City Inspectors and the home buyer The good news is that the warranty service has been great so far. Be willing to spend countless days at home to meet the warranty service contractors

Very hard to get in touch to have issues fixed with the house. Was told it was a two car garage but only fits one. Have not hear back for a couple months about fixing that issue and other issues with my house

Difficulty with consistent workmanship

Responsiveness was amazing and would definitely recommend. I have built 3 other homes and kb made it easy.

Still waiting on small repairs. Been 8n home almost two months and still don't have hoa welcome package. Put natural gas line to close to homes on our street now having to re-due digging up lines around homes for repair been three weeks with no end in sight. No information on when they plan to finish or start on landscaping in front on home.

That their very acknowledge about their craft

Not the best not the worst. As long as you don’t expect the truth about the timing of your home from anyone including VPs you should be fine. Process was seamless until final walkthrough when nothing was done right. Spent next 3 months with people in and out of the home because of their incompetence to get it right the first time. Just hoping the foundation is good

Builder needs to improve on the details and finishing touches

KB delivered the home we have always dreamed of! Every step of the way, they made sure to make everything right. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.

I appreciated the excessivly friendly and cordial demeaner of the people I interacted with. Which set me up to be extremely DISAPPOINTED when my repeated attempts to get Jossie to help me access my mailbox failed. I emailed her twice to ask which mailbox is mine. The first she said it was written in the envelope and, when I said I had thrown it away, basically said there was nothing she could do. I called her and she continued. I got angry that she would not tell me how to resolve the issue. I made several threats to give bad reviews, and she responded that it was my fault for throwing away the envelope. She claimed that she had told me that. I DO NOT remember that. Why would I throw the envelope away if it was the only way I could find out my mailbox number? I continued to threaten her. Then she finally gave me the phone number of the lovely lady that helped me get the number. So why did I have to threaten bad reviews just to get her job? That whole situation left a really bad taste in my mouth. ... More

To me, Sale, design, and Super for KB are awesome and amazing people to work with. My sale counselor was updating me with all the info and always there when I need know either the first or second on the waitlist. My design counselor was staying with us for additional 3 hours for us to pick all the stuffs. That was awesome. Our original super left the company so the other super had to step in to help from other subdivision. He was pretty great to work with and honest with anything we asked. The only thing that making my wife not happy were our back patio door wasn’t lock properly even though we locked it. Our lock for garage door same thing which not lock properly and the track was a little loose. Our cabinet got a little scratches but we got the touch up kit so we are okay. And some damages on drywall that wasn’t fix right. If KB can hire the better GCs to do their work that would be perfect. ... More

KB Home was very personable and went out of their way to help me through the process of buying my new home. Even before my closing, they helped me coordinate needed deliveries and made sure things were safe and secure.

KB homes are nice homes and a community. All went well.

Warranty has been extremely helpful in resolving all my concerns.

They respond quickly when you need them. Very pleasant and professional people.
