Supply chain and lack of workers made things difficult. Not KBs fault.

I work in construction and my jobs are never as messy as the job site was at my new house. Food spilled on the subfloor trash everywhere. I still find trash in my yard from the construction process. Sump pump was in the wrong location, electrical was not correct run, miss matched paint on closet doors, lots of drywall issues, tiles chipped and not grouted, door trim impropriety installed, broken appliances and the house was never properly cleaned before they turned it over. We bought as a short sale and were left guessing/being surprised throughout the build from the hole in the ground onward (7 months). While the sales team did try to, the design center was never able to support us viewing the materials in person or review selections made by the original buyers. This did not allow us to advocate for anything along the way and kept us on edge the whole build as we were not allowed to make changes to the original design.

The entire KB Homes team has amazing customer service.

Quality of workmanship & materials is the worst. All the money spend on upgrade are absolute waste of money and time. Build quality is so poor in comparison to other builders, are horrible. My first experience with KB Home was worst, so I will never buy in future and will not recommend any one to buy from KB Homes.

Had a leaking valve was not taken care dor ver a week When i purchased [end of August i received the house with a broken glasss... right now is almos end of October.. they haven't fixed yet

Honestly, the customer service was by FAR better than all the other builders in our new development. I liked some of the other builders homes, but when I met the staff at KB, I felt trust, communication, personality, good service all around. Great job! Sold!!

Responsive but nothing being fixed

Expect delays. Expect miscommunication. Expect issues with the build.

Sales are great, a lot of honest suggestions, very responsive too. Construction supervisors are very responsive. But I guess the covid and logistics made things a lot difficult, many jobs were done in a rush, some problems still waiting to be fixed.

It’s been almost two months and things are still not completed. This was not a good experience, I really have nothing. Ice to day so I won’t say anything.

Finishing not very well

Love the supers on the build side. Sales a little difficult. Design center is amazing, but you have to really realize when they say no changes, they mean it. Mortgage a bit frustrating because you gather everything to be pre-approved, then have to do it all over again within 30 days of closing. Who has time for that??? Nice people, though. I recommend checking progress on new builds at least once a week to avoid surprises.

Great experience working with KB Homes. Made my very first home purchase easy and stress free.

Sign for our home on 20 August and after 5 appointments we still have not received the dishwasher washed that we paid for. Just not a priority they put in a temporary one and Whirlpool just gives excuses on why they don’t deliver one. This is really Unacceptable!

Would recommend to friends and family. Very likely to purchase another home from KB.

Adam was great at answering questions and preparing my wife and I to be great first time home buyers. He continued his hospitality even after we had acquired the keys!

The best plase to build your huse and realy good costumer service

Thoughtful and functional floor plan in a great neighborhood!.

Overall the process was great. Our finished home was amazing. I am satisfied I chose KB homes to build our home. One thing I would suggest for future homebuyers is to know your model from the inside/out, to know if anything is missing.

KB Homes build a new home within the expected timeline ( Took 45 more than initial set expectation ), we felt that there are not many upgrade options for a few of the items like Carpet and few other items, Overall its good experience

They were very communicative and available to answer questions, etc.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. I will recommend KB homes to future buyers.

They work well with the buyer.
